正义思想的三次浪潮

【摘要】：自罗尔斯《正义论》问世以来,正义研究持续升温为显学,涌动成为现代性正义浪潮方兴未艾。挺立在时代潮头的我们,如果深入到历史的深处追踪正义的历史踪迹,就会发现现代性正义浪潮只是正义的第三大浪潮,另外两大浪潮在柏拉图的理想国和基督教的上帝之城中分别出现过,依次涌起于奴隶社会、封建社会和资本主义社会之中,渐次接续为正义的三次浪潮。其实质是三种生产方式正义的主流思想潮流,试图在总体的不义现实中吁求正义良序的构建和相对正义的实现,以安人心。
[Abstract]:Since Rawls' Theory of Justice came into being, the study of justice has been heating up to become a prominent school, and it has become a rising tide of modernity justice. Standing at the head of the times, if we go deep into history to trace the historical trace of justice, It will be found that the wave of modern justice is only the third wave of justice. The other two waves have appeared in Plato's idealism and Christian city of God respectively, and have surged into slave society, feudal society and capitalist society in turn. Its essence is the mainstream ideological trend of justice in three modes of production, which tries to appeal for the construction of good order of justice and the realization of relative justice in the overall unjust reality in order to appease the people.
