【摘要】：美德伦理学家迈克尔·斯洛特是情感主义美德伦理学的主要代表人物,他提出了一种新的理论——道德情感主义。该理论将人类与生俱来的情感——移情——作为道德的根源和辩护的基础。他的道德情感主义包括两个部分:情感主义元伦理学和情感主义规范伦理学,亦即他的情感主义美德伦理学,本论文主要研究的是他的情感主义美德伦理学。论文主要分为四个部分:第一部分主要分析斯洛特情感主义美德伦理学的理论来源,主要是休谟的同情理论,女性主义关爱伦理学和当代道德心理学;第二部分着重阐述了斯洛特情感主义美德伦理学的人性心理基础——移情,并阐释了移情作为道德宇宙的粘合剂所起的关键性作用;第三部分论述了斯洛特情感主义美德伦理学的主要思想,并着重分析了移情与相应的道德义务之间的关系,并概括了他的情感主义规范美德伦理学,即一个行为为道德义务所要求的,当且仅当它体现了行为者对他人的成熟的移情关爱;第四部分总结了斯洛特情感主义美德伦理学的价值意义及局限性。
[Abstract]:Michael Slote, the ethicist of virtue, is the chief representative of the ethics of sentimental virtue. He put forward a new theory, moral emotionalism, which takes the inherent emotion of human beings as the root of morality and the basis of defense. His moral emotionalism consists of two parts: emotionalism and metaphysics. Normative ethics of Neo-Confucianism and emotionalism, That is, his emotional virtue ethics, which is mainly studied in this paper, is divided into four parts: the first part mainly analyzes the theoretical source of Slote's emotional virtue ethics. Hume's theory of sympathy, feminist caring ethics and contemporary moral psychology. The second part focuses on the psychological basis of human nature of the moral ethics of Slote's emotionalism-empathy. It also explains the key role of empathy as the adhesive of the moral universe. The third part discusses the main ideas of the moral ethics of Slote's emotionalism, and analyzes the relationship between empathy and the corresponding moral obligations. And summarized his emotional normative virtue ethics, that is, a behavior required by moral obligations, if and only if it reflects the actor's mature empathy to others; The fourth part summarizes the value significance and limitation of Slote's sentimental virtue ethics.
