基于茶文化背景下文秘专业的职业道德素养的培养

【摘要】：快速发展的社会文化与市场经济的复杂性、竞争性对我国高校文秘专业人员提出了更高的要求。但当前文秘专业职业道德素养与社会就业需求之间的矛盾日益明显,因此,本文以文秘专业职业道德素养培养作为研究对象,提倡将茶文化融入高校教育之中,通过茶文化教学提升文秘专业的职业道德素养,全面提升大学生的综合文化素质,一方面旨在培养适应新时期社会经济发展的高素质文秘人才,另一方面也为传承民族传统文化做出贡献。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social culture and the complexity of the market economy, the competition has put forward higher requirements for the secretarial professionals in colleges and universities in our country.However, the contradiction between professional professional ethics of secretarial profession and social employment demand is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, this paper takes the cultivation of professional professional ethics of secretarial profession as the research object, and advocates the integration of tea culture into higher education.Through the teaching of tea culture, we can promote the professional ethics accomplishment of the secretarial specialty and the comprehensive cultural quality of the college students. On the one hand, the purpose is to train the high-quality secretarial talents who adapt to the social and economic development in the new period.On the other hand, it also contributes to the inheritance of national traditional culture.
