论自由的生态本质

【摘要】：康德认为人在自然面前没有任何自由可言,即使"人为自然立法"掌握了自然必然性,目的仍然是为了满足人自身的物质欲求,不可能走出自然王国。由此康德提出实践理性优先于理论理性,强调只有"人为自身立法"的实践理性才能够将人从自然王国中拯救出来而走向自由王国。康德这一命题的危害是,否认人在自然面前拥有自由,人在自然面前只能遵循弱肉强食的生物法则,道德地对待自然万物在学理上不具有可能性。本研究试图颠覆康德的这一命题,认为人在自然面前不仅拥有本体论自由,而且这一自由还优先于认识论自由和实践理性自由。人只有证明自由的本真性具有生态性质,即人在自然面前能够拥有本体论的自由,才能担保自身从自然王国之中真正解放出来,使保护自然环境的伦理行为获得坚实的哲学基础和正当性理由。
[Abstract]:Kant holds that man does not have any freedom in front of nature. Even if he grasps the inevitability of nature, the purpose is still to satisfy man's own material desire and impossible to get out of the natural kingdom. From this, Kant put forward that practical reason takes precedence over theoretical reason, and emphasizes that only the practical rationality of "man as its own legislation" can save man from the natural kingdom and move towards the free kingdom. The harm of Kant's proposition is to deny that man has freedom in front of nature, that man can only abide by the law of the jungle in the presence of nature, and that it is not possible to treat everything in nature morally. This study attempts to subvert Kant's proposition that man has not only the ontological freedom but also the epistemological freedom and the practical rationality freedom in the face of nature. Only by proving that the nature of freedom is ecological, that is, that man can have the freedom of ontology in the presence of nature, can he guarantee his true liberation from the kingdom of nature, To protect the natural environment of ethical behavior to obtain a solid philosophical basis and legitimate reasons.
