社会转型期道德暴力的伦理审视

【摘要】：随着物质生产力和文化生产力的不断提高,社会发展程度和经济发展水平都得到的前所未有的进步,人们的精神文化需求也在不断提升。在道德领域,传统继承与时代要求之间的矛盾悬而未决,西方思潮与东方文明的碰撞愈发激烈,道德空间由现实场景扩大到虚拟网络,复杂的社会现状给人们道德的追求和道德实现增添了困难。现存的道德体系难以充分的调节和引导人们的行为,所以诸如“小月月”、“扶老人被讹”、“慈善逼捐”等道德暴力事件层出不穷。道德暴力不是只出现在当今社会,其产生和发展可以追溯到道德发展的历史进程中去。从古至今、从西方到东方都不乏道德暴力的影子。而社会发展程度、人类认知水平的提高,使道德暴力以更直接、更真实、更大范围的形式呈现,需要给予关注和研究。道德暴力的成因和道德暴力的消解路径是本文讨论的重点。因为道德暴力与道德息息相关,与各个时代所推崇的伦理学观念联系密切,所以从伦理学方面的探究很有必要。论文讨论了道德的本质和特征,分析了可能促成道德暴力的伦理理论,在社会转型期的伦理环境下,归纳出道德暴力产生的五大重要原因:恶的情感基础;对习惯、习俗不加思考的遵从;自由界限的模糊;道德主体极端的、双重标准的、反复的行为模式以及扩大化和复杂化的伦理环境等。在吸取神性与人性之争、理性与感性之争的经验后,在德性与规范、价值与事实之间,去除割裂与片面,历经解构和重建,为消解道德暴力提出了自然、群体和个体三维度相结合的,突显个性自由、具有开放性的,以人为本、扎根人民群众的伦理路径。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of material and cultural productivity, the level of social development and economic development has been unprecedented progress, people's spiritual and cultural needs are also constantly improving. In the field of morality, the contradiction between the traditional inheritance and the requirements of the times is unresolved, the collision between the western ideological trend and the oriental civilization is becoming more and more intense, and the moral space is expanded from the realistic scene to the virtual network. The complicated social situation makes it difficult for people to pursue and realize morality. It is difficult for the existing moral system to adequately regulate and guide people's behavior, so moral violence such as "moon", "helping the elderly is wrong", "charity forced donation" and other incidents of moral violence emerge in endlessly. The emergence and development of moral violence can be traced back to the historical process of moral development. From ancient times to the present, there is no shortage of the shadow of moral violence from the West to the East. The degree of social development and the improvement of human cognition make moral violence appear in a more direct, real and extensive form, which needs to be paid attention to and studied. The causes of moral violence and the dissolving path of moral violence are the key points of this paper. Because moral violence is closely related to morality and closely related to the ethical concepts advocated in each era, it is necessary to explore from the ethics aspect. This paper discusses the nature and characteristics of morality, analyzes the ethical theory that may contribute to moral violence, and concludes five important causes of moral violence under the ethical environment in the social transition period: the emotional basis of evil; Unthinking compliance with custom; blurring of the boundaries of freedom; extreme, double standard, repeated patterns of behavior as well as an expanded and complicated ethical environment of the moral subject. After absorbing the experience of the contention between divinity and humanity, between reason and sensibility, between virtue and norm, between value and fact, the separation and one-sided, after deconstruction and reconstruction, the nature is put forward for dispelling moral violence. The combination of three dimensions of group and individual, highlighting personality freedom, open, people-oriented, rooted in the ethical path of the people.
