女性主义伦理学视域下的残障理论

【摘要】：残障人是人民群众的普通组成部分，残障问题的妥善解决是和谐社会的题中必有之义。相比于发达国家，我国残障事业的总体状况并不理想，除了在物质条件方面的一定差距之外，这种不如人意与当前我国的残障理论的裹步不前或滞后具有很大的关联。女性主义伦理学是指用女性主义这一独特探究方法来研究伦理问题的伦理学理论形态，从女性主义伦理学这一独特的视角来研究残障问题，可为这一问题的探究注入了新的理论视角，并丰富了应对该问题的理论视野。我们首先分析了传统残障理论的归因、表现形态及其伦理基础与方法论，，在这一过程中我们讨论了传统残障理论所具有的相应不足或缺陷。其次，我们讨论了女性主义伦理学与女性主义残障理论，首先是女性主义伦理学的概况及其基本价值关怀，展示了女性主义伦理学自身的理论特质，在此基础上，我们讨论了女性主义伦理学的残障理论（简称“女性主义残障理论”）及其应用，在这一部分的讨论中我们将女性与残障人从多个方面进行了比较、探讨了女性主义残障理论的基本主张以及这一残障理论的实际应用，这一部分是论文的重点研究内容。最后，我们对女性主义残障理论进行理性审视，分析了这一残障理论所具有的优势及相应缺陷，提出应对当前复杂的残障问题应综合考虑女性主义残障理论与传统残障理论所具有的相应优势。
[Abstract]:The disabled are the common components of the people, and the proper solution to the problem of disability is necessary in the problem of the harmonious society. Compared with the developed countries, the overall situation of the disabled cause is not ideal, in addition to a certain gap in the material conditions, this is not as good as the human meaning and the current theory of disability in our country. It has great relevance. Feminist ethics refers to the ethical theoretical form of the study of ethical problems by the unique approach of feminism and the study of the problem of disability from the unique perspective of feminist ethics, which can inject a new theoretical perspective and enrich the theoretical view of the problem.
We first analyzed the attribution of the traditional disability theory, the expression form and its ethical basis and methodology. In this process, we discussed the shortcomings or defects of the traditional disability theory. Secondly, we discussed the feminist ethics and the feminist disability theory, first of all, the general situation and the basic of feminist ethics. The value concern shows the theoretical characteristics of feminist ethics. On this basis, we discuss the disability theory of Feminist Ethics ("feminist disability theory") and its application. In this part, we compare women and the disabled from many aspects and discuss the feminist disability theory. The basic idea of the theory and the practical application of this disability theory is the key research content of the thesis. Finally, we examine the feminist disability theory rationally, analyze the advantages and corresponding defects of this disability theory, and put forward that the feminist disability theory should be taken into consideration in dealing with the current complex disability. The corresponding advantages of the traditional theory of disability.
