反省对个体道德养成的作用

【摘要】：一定社会的道德发展水平是社会实践的产物,个体道德的养成是在社会生产和生活实践中,把社会道德规范与行为准则内化为个体的道德品质,逐渐形成高尚的道德人格的过程。反省作为道德修养和自我德育的一个重要组成部分,是强调个体自身内在的主要因素,对个体道德的养成具有重大的推动作用。本文从反省对个体道德养成的作用这一出发点来研究,是一个比较新颖的视角,也是在理论和现实中容易被人们忽视的一个重要领域。个体道德养成是道德意识与道德实践相互作用的结果,是主体在具有一定的道德认知、道德情感、道德意志、道德信念的基础上,反复践行社会的道德规范与行为准则,逐渐内化为自身的内在道德品质,并养成一种良好的道德行为习惯的过程,其中,道德意识是个体道德养成的关键和前提,道德实践是个体道德养成的重要内容和最终结果。反省包括反省意识和反省行为两个部分,反省对个体道德养成的作用主要表现为,第一,反省有利于提高个体的道德意识水平,提高个体的道德认知、陶冶个体的道德情感、磨炼个体的道德意志、坚定个体的道德信念;第二,反省有利于增强个体的道德实践能力,逐渐养成良好的道德行为习惯。本文通过阐述反省的基本思想,概述个体道德养成的概念,分析反省的道德影响和反省对个体道德养成的作用,从而肯定其理论和实践价值,在现实生活中加以应用,对于反省的困境与个体道德养成过程中面临的困难,我们应找到其根源,突破其局限性,使其发挥更大的作用,对个体道德养成过程中反省因素的分析,为我国目前加强道德修养与实现自我德育提供了新视野和新方法。
[Abstract]:The level of moral development in a certain society is the product of social practice. The cultivation of individual morality is to internalize social moral norms and codes of conduct into individual moral qualities in the practice of social production and life. The process of gradually forming a noble moral personality. As an important part of moral cultivation and self-moral education, introspection emphasizes the main internal factors of the individual itself and plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of individual morality. This paper is a new angle of view and an important field which is easy to be ignored in theory and reality. Individual moral cultivation is the result of the interaction between moral consciousness and moral practice. It is the subject's repeated practice of social moral norms and codes of conduct on the basis of certain moral cognition, moral emotion, moral will and moral belief. Gradually internalizing the internal moral quality of oneself and developing a good moral behavior habit, moral consciousness is the key and premise of individual moral cultivation, and moral practice is the important content and final result of individual moral cultivation. Introspection includes two parts: introspection consciousness and introspection behavior. The function of introspection to individual moral cultivation is as follows: first, introspection is beneficial to the improvement of individual moral consciousness, the improvement of individual moral cognition, and the cultivation of individual moral emotion. Second, introspection is helpful to strengthen the individual's moral practice ability and gradually develop good moral behavior habit. By expounding the basic thought of introspection, summarizing the concept of individual moral cultivation, analyzing the moral influence of introspection and its function on individual moral cultivation, this paper affirms its theoretical and practical value and applies it in real life. For the predicament of introspection and the difficulties in the process of individual moral cultivation, we should find its source, break through its limitation, make it play a greater role, and analyze the introspection factors in the process of individual moral cultivation. It provides a new vision and method for our country to strengthen moral cultivation and realize self-moral education.
