【摘要】：改革开放以来,中国经济体制转变,市场经济的发展已然成为中国社会发展前进的主要动力,公民的社会生活质量提升、物质生产丰富、社会生活多样化、经济自主、文化自由等飞速转变紧密联系着。人们的生活质量发生巨大转变的同时,精神生活也发生着变化并不断提升。“道德滑坡”一词在这些年被社会媒体用来形容中国社会的道德状况,加强公民道德建设成为重要的课题。加强公民道德建设是一个全方位的工程,需要方方面面努力。其中公民自身的道德观念、道德意识、道德践行能力是非常重要的方面。本文旨在如何培养公民善观念意识,提升公民善观念能力,并将其不断外化为公民的道德实践行为,从而推动全社会公民道德建设。本文研究主要是通过对多重影响因素的分析,找出公民道德建设发展缓慢的综合因素,结合多方面剖析,寻找培养公民善观念能力的途径。文章主要通过以下四个方面来进行分析和论述。首先,追溯了中西方伦理思想史中关于“善”的各种思想和观念,阐述了公民善观念能力的思想渊源,并且通过对中西方伦理思想史中“善”的内涵的本质揭示,阐明了“善”的发展与特征,为培养公民善观念铺垫出历史因素。在此基础上,引出“善观念能力”的当下由来,并揭示善观念能力的内涵,概括当下社会中善观念能力的现实表现;其次,阐述培养公民善观念能力对公民和社会的积极作用。通过培养公民善观念的认知能力,帮助公民自身自觉树立良好的道德价值观念;通过善观念能力的实践,使更多的公民能够自觉践行道德行为,营造良好的社会氛围,从而推动社会道德文明建设,同时也有力促进社会物质文明的发展。再次,本文分析了现实社会中公民的善观念能力状况,在肯定积极方面的同时,着重指出了公民善观念能力缺失的表现。即在道德价值观念上的错乱、在道德实践上的责任缺乏、在道德自律方面的不足。最后,阐明提升公民善观念能力的途径。一方面把道德教育、培养社会主义道德信仰、打破传统消极的僵化思想等做为提升公民善观念能力的内在动力。另一方面积极加强推进公民善观念能力的外界因素建设,如社会体制的支持作用、监督作用,培养信息传播媒体的社会责任感、营造出一个良好的、有助于公民善观念能力发挥作用的社会气氛。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic system has changed, and the development of the market economy has become the main driving force for the progress of China's social development. The quality of social life of citizens has been improved, the material production is abundant, the social life is diversified, and the economy is independent. Cultural freedom and other rapid changes are closely linked. At the same time, people's quality of life has undergone tremendous changes, the spiritual life is also changing and constantly improving. In recent years, the term "moral decline" has been used by social media to describe the moral status of Chinese society. Strengthening citizen moral construction is an all-round project, which needs all aspects of efforts. Among them, citizen's own moral concept, moral consciousness and moral practice ability are very important aspects. The purpose of this paper is to cultivate citizens' awareness of the concept of good, to enhance the ability of citizens' concept of good, and to transform it into citizens' moral practice, so as to promote the construction of citizens' morality in the whole society. Through the analysis of many influencing factors, this paper finds out the comprehensive factors of the slow development of citizen's moral construction, and finds the way to cultivate citizens' ability of good ideas. The article mainly through the following four aspects to analyze and discuss. First of all, it traces the various ideas and ideas about "goodness" in the history of ethical thoughts in China and the West, expounds the ideological origin of the ability of citizens' good ideas, and reveals the essence of the connotation of "goodness" in the history of ethical thoughts between China and the West. This paper expounds the development and characteristics of "good", which lays a foundation for the cultivation of the concept of "good" of citizens. On this basis, it leads to the origin of the "ability of good ideas", reveals the connotation of the ability of good ideas, and generalizes the practical performance of the ability of good ideas in the present society. Secondly, it expounds the positive role of cultivating the ability of good ideas of citizens to citizens and society. By cultivating the cognitive ability of the citizen's good idea, helping the citizen to set up the good moral value concept consciously, and through the practice of the good idea ability, more and more citizens can consciously practice the moral behavior and create a good social atmosphere. To promote the construction of social moral civilization, but also to promote the development of social material civilization. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the situation of citizens' ability of good ideas in the real society, and points out the lack of citizens' ability of good ideas while affirming the positive aspects. That is, the confusion in the concept of moral values, the lack of responsibility in moral practice, and the lack of moral self-discipline. Finally, the article expounds the way to improve the ability of citizen's good idea. On the one hand, moral education, the cultivation of socialist moral belief and the breaking of traditional negative and rigid thoughts are regarded as the internal motive force to promote citizens' ability of good ideas. On the other hand, we should actively strengthen the building of external factors to promote citizens' ability of good ideas, such as the supportive role of the social system, the role of supervision, the cultivation of the social responsibility of the information dissemination media, and the creation of a good one. A social atmosphere conducive to the functioning of citizens' capacity for good ideas.
