道德表彰之物质奖励问题审思

【摘要】：从促进社会文明进步的视角看,道德表彰重视物质奖励的必要性在于:物质奖励是满足人的物质需要的客观要求,是道德表彰自身存在的价值基础,是社会主义市场经济的必然反映,是弥补道德表彰历史缺陷不可或缺的因子。物质奖励不仅有利于调节社会利益关系,而且有助于彰显社会公平正义,更能够引领社会风尚、促进社会文明进步。物质奖励的伦理尺度在于对人性的尊重、维护社会公平正义和适度激励。健全体现"伦理公平"的物质奖励机制需要普及社会主义义利观,完善物质奖励相关制度,设立物质奖励专门机构,实现"观念—制度—机构"的有机整合。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of promoting the progress of social civilization, the necessity of moral recognition and attaching importance to material reward lies in: material reward is an objective requirement to meet the material needs of human beings, and it is the value basis of moral recognition of one's own existence. It is an inevitable reflection of socialist market economy and an indispensable factor to remedy the historical defects of moral recognition. Material reward is not only helpful to regulate the relationship of social interests, but also to highlight social fairness and justice, to lead the social fashion, to promote the progress of social civilization. The ethical criterion of material reward lies in respecting human nature, maintaining social fairness, justice and moderate encouragement. It is necessary to popularize the socialist view of justice and benefit, perfect the relevant system of material reward, set up special organization of material reward, and realize the organic integration of "concept, system and institution".
