责任伦理视域下的食品包装安全

【摘要】：《元史·食货志》曰:“国以民为本,民以食为本。”食品安全是关乎国计民生的头等大事。食品包装作为食品的“外套”,是人们生命健康的基本保障。近几年来,我国食品包装安全事件频发,日益严重的食品包装安全问题使得我们必须加强对食品包装安全问题和对策的研究。在对食品包装安全问题的研究过程中,伦理道德维度的缺失是食品包装安全一度严重失范的重要原因。加强食品包装安全的伦理维度研究,尤其是从责任伦理学的角度进行研究,是从根本上把握和解决当前食品包装安全问题的关键性步骤。论文首先以对食品包装安全内涵进行分析为基础,回顾我国食品包装安全现状及存在的伦理风险,以责任伦理学基本理论对食品包装安全问题的深层次原因进行剖析,并在此基础上确定了食品包装安全中的责任主体,然后分别对食品包装安全中的包装设计责任伦理、包装企业责任伦理、政府责任伦理进行了分析与论述。包装设计师应该遵守食品包装的安全标准和规范,满足特殊人群安全使用需要,体现真、善、美的价值追求并且凸显环保理念。包装企业应该做到食品的绿色包装、诚信包装、简约包装和科技包装。政府应该做到食品包装安全责任意识的教育引导,食品包装安全法律法规的完善落实,食品包装安全监管体系的明晰健全以及食品包装安全媒体宣传的舆情引导。强化责任伦理学在食品包装安全上的规制价值与意义,实现食品包装的全面安全。
[Abstract]:The chronicles of Foods in the Yuan Dynasty said, "the country is based on the people and the people on the basis of food." Food safety is a top priority for the national economy and people's livelihood. As the coat of food, food packaging is the basic guarantee of people's life and health. In recent years, food packaging safety incidents occur frequently in our country. The increasingly serious food packaging safety problems make us to strengthen the research on food packaging safety problems and countermeasures. In the course of research on food packaging safety, the lack of ethical dimension is an important reason for food packaging safety to be seriously out of order. To strengthen the ethical dimension of food packaging safety, especially from the perspective of responsibility ethics, is a key step to fundamentally grasp and solve the current food packaging safety problems. Firstly, based on the analysis of the connotation of food packaging safety, this paper reviews the present situation and ethical risks of food packaging safety in China, and analyzes the deep-seated causes of food packaging safety problems based on the basic theory of responsibility ethics. On this basis, the responsible subjects in food packaging safety are determined, and then the packaging design responsibility ethics, packaging enterprise responsibility ethics and government responsibility ethics in food packaging safety are analyzed and discussed respectively. Packaging designers should abide by the safety standards and norms of food packaging, meet the safety needs of special people, embody the value pursuit of truth, goodness and beauty, and highlight the concept of environmental protection. Packaging enterprises should do food green packaging, integrity packaging, simple packaging and technology packaging. The government should educate and guide food packaging safety responsibility, perfect food packaging safety laws and regulations, clear and perfect food packaging safety supervision system, and guide food packaging safety media propaganda. To strengthen the value and significance of responsibility ethics in food packaging safety, to achieve the overall safety of food packaging.
