社会主义核心价值观转化为大众道德研究

【摘要】：社会主义核心价值观是党在十八大报告中提出的重要内容,同时也是社会主义核心价值体系的高度凝结。社会主义核心价值观作为当下的一种主流价值观,体现了社会大众的诉求,是当代中国社会主义意识形态的核心和社会道德要求的自觉表达。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观可以通过将核心价值观进行转化,转化为大众的道德共识、道德品质以及道德习惯等。社会主义核心价值观其实是一种德——国家的德、社会的德和个人的德的统一体,它为大众提供了判断是非善恶的道德标准,指导大众的道德价值观建设。社会主义核心价值观转化为大众道德具有重要意义,有利于凝聚大众的道德共识、砥砺大众的道德品质以及促进大众养成良好的道德习惯。在社会主义核心价值观转化为大众道德的过程中,既有优势的有利条件,又受到诸多社会条件的制约和诸多道德问题的挑战。有利条件主要体现在中华民族具有遵道重德的伦理文化传统、国外核心价值观大众化建设取得诸多可供借鉴的成功经验以及我国社会主义道德建设取得了一系列重要成就等三个方面。社会制约条件主要体现在执法不严、具体政策一手软一手硬、规章制度不健全等三个方面。同时,极端个人主义、拜金主义、官员腐败等问题成为社会主义核心价值观转化为大众道德遭遇的突出道德问题,也是核心价值观转化过程中必须解决的问题。为了有效解决核心价值观转化过程中出现的突出道德问题,通过核心价值观内化和外化有机统一的研究基础上提出了化解这一困境的基本路径,主要包括以下三个方面:第一,努力创新体制机制,夯实社会主义核心价值观转化为大众道德的利益基础;第二,切实加强品格教育,促进社会主义核心价值观向大众道德的转化;第三,广泛开展道德实践,将社会主义核心价值观融入社区生活。“中国梦”是全国人民心中最美好的梦想,是一种美德社会最好的实现。核心价值观转化为大众道德就是为了促进我国的社会主义道德体系建设,提高我国的文化软实力,从而建构以社会主义核心价值观为基础的美德社会,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。
[Abstract]:The socialist core value is an important content put forward by the Party in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and it is also a high condensation of the socialist core value system. As one of the mainstream values, the socialist core values reflect the demands of the social masses and are the conscious expression of the core of the contemporary Chinese socialist ideology and the social moral requirements. The cultivation and practice of socialist core values can be transformed into public moral consensus, moral quality and moral habits. In fact, the socialist core values are the unity of the morality of the country, the morality of the society and the morality of the individual. It provides the moral standard for the public to judge right and wrong, and guides the construction of the moral values of the masses. The transformation of socialist core values into public morality is of great significance, which is conducive to condense the moral consensus of the masses, to strengthen the moral quality of the masses and to promote the masses to develop good moral habits. In the process of the transformation of socialist core values into public morality, there are not only favorable conditions, but also the constraints of many social conditions and the challenges of many moral problems. The favorable conditions are mainly reflected in the ethical and cultural tradition of the Chinese nation, which respects the principles and values of morality. Many successful experiences can be used for reference in the mass construction of core values abroad and a series of important achievements have been made in the construction of socialist morality in China. Social constraints are mainly reflected in three aspects: lax enforcement of the law, soft and hard policies, and imperfect rules and regulations. At the same time, such problems as extreme individualism, money worship and official corruption become prominent moral problems in the transformation of socialist core values into public morality, and are also problems that must be solved in the process of transformation of core values. In order to effectively solve the outstanding moral problems in the process of transformation of core values, this paper puts forward the basic path to resolve this dilemma on the basis of the organic unification of internalization and externalization of core values, which mainly includes the following three aspects: first, Efforts should be made to innovate the system and mechanism to consolidate the interest basis for the transformation of socialist core values into public morality; second, to strengthen character education and promote the transformation of socialist core values into popular morality; third, to carry out extensive moral practice, Integrate socialist core values into community life. Chinese Dream is the most beautiful dream in the hearts of the whole nation and the best realization of a kind of virtue society. The transformation of core values into public morality is to promote the construction of socialist moral system in our country, to enhance the soft power of our culture, and thus to construct a virtuous society based on socialist core values.
