基于普适计算的第四种人机关系及其伦理反思

【摘要】:普适计算的概念自1991年马克·威瑟正式提出后得到人们的广泛关注,这是一种超越桌面计算、摆脱时空限制、信息无孔不入的全新计算模式。本文基于普适计算兴起这一背景,总结了普适计算的技术特征即普遍性、无形性、感应性、大记忆性的特征。普适计算模式是一种多对多的计算,把计算机的发展推向了第四个时代,带来了一种全新的人机关系。这种人机关系是一种人与机器相互依存的普适关系,这种人机关系中人与机器的界限更加模糊,机器拥有更多主动意识,人力得到充分的解放,一系列扩大效应将不知不觉中影响着我们的生活。基于普适计算的第四种人机关系在带给人类多方便利与高效的同时也将带来一些伦理问题,本文列举了隐私和安全的问题、依赖性的问题、谁为错误负责的问题、数字鸿沟等问题。对普适计算及第四种人机关系进行伦理反思也是本文的主要内容,最终得出建立一种新的人机伦理的设想。责任伦理学为科技时代提供了一种新的伦理维度,它是一种远距离的、整体的伦理观,对于处理普适计算时代人机关系具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The concept of pervasive computing has received extensive attention since it was formally proposed by Mark Weatherer in 1991. It is a new computing model that transcends desktop computing, gets rid of the limitation of time and space and has no access to information. Based on the background of the rise of pervasive computing, this paper summarizes the technical characteristics of pervasive computing, which are universality, invisibility, inductivity and large memory. Universal computing model is a kind of many-to-many computing, which pushes the development of computer to the fourth era, and brings a new man-machine relationship. This man-machine relationship is a universal relationship in which people and machines depend on each other, in which the boundaries between human beings and machines become more blurred, machines have more active consciousness, and human resources are fully liberated. A series of enlargement effects will unconsciously affect our lives. The fourth human-computer relationship based on pervasive computing will bring about some ethical problems as well as convenience and efficiency. This paper enumerates privacy and security issues, dependency problems, and who is responsible for the mistakes. Digital divide etc. The ethical reflection on pervasive computing and the fourth man-machine relationship is also the main content of this paper. Finally, a new idea of human-computer ethics is proposed. The ethics of responsibility provides a new ethical dimension for the era of science and technology. It is a long distance and integral ethics view, and it is of great significance to deal with the man-machine relationship in the age of pervasive computing.
