制度伦理视域下医学职业精神制度化建构研究

【摘要】：建构一个完善的医学职业精神对于现代医疗卫生事业意义重大。目前,国内外建构医学职业精神的研究更多侧重于德性伦理的塑造,较少涉及制度伦理分析。制度伦理作为当前伦理研究的一个重要理论热点,关注制度本身的公正与正义问题。目前造成医学职业精神缺失的原因除了与道德滑坡的内在因素有关以外,也存在着医疗制度建设不完善方面的因素,因此,在制度伦理视域下,坚持合乎人道、维护正义、保障公平、遵守法治等伦理原则进行医学职业精神制度化建构,具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Constructing a perfect medical professional spirit is of great significance to modern medical and health care. At present, the research of constructing medical professional spirit at home and abroad focuses more on the shaping of moral ethics, less on the analysis of institutional ethics. As an important theoretical hotspot in current ethical research, institutional ethics pays close attention to the justice and justice of institution itself. At present, the reasons for the lack of medical professional spirit are not only related to the internal factors of the moral decline, but also the imperfections in the construction of the medical system. Therefore, from the perspective of institutional ethics, we should adhere to the principles of humanity and justice. It is of great practical significance to institutionalize the medical professional spirit by ensuring fairness and abiding by the ethical principles such as rule of law.
