儒家传统伦理与现代公共伦理的殊异与融合

【摘要】：儒家传统伦理与现代公共伦理首先是一种传统与现代的历时性关系。二者的区别是:第一,传统伦理重私德,现代伦理重公德。第二,传统伦理的调节范围是熟人社会,而现代伦理则着力调整陌生人社会关系。第三,传统伦理是一种基于人性自我完善的高标准的圣贤道德,而现代伦理则是一种旨在调整人际关系、维护社会秩序的普遍性的基本伦理规范。第四,传统伦理坚持群体本位基础上的义以为上,现代伦理则坚持个体本位基础上的权利为先。第五,传统伦理以仁之爱人情感为基础,现代伦理以义之合宜尊重的理性为根本。同时,二者也存在共时性关系,可能实现对接与结合:第一,不断对社会成员进行传统圣贤君子美德伦理教育,提升中华民族道德素质,以此范导提升现代公民伦理。第二,不断对社会成员进行现代伦理精神教育,提高公民的规则意识和守德守法意识,维护社会基本道德秩序。第三,将传统伦理精神与现代伦理精神相结合,建设现代社会新道德。
[Abstract]:Confucian traditional ethics and modern public ethics are first of all a diachronic relationship between tradition and modernity. The difference between the two is as follows: first, traditional ethics emphasizes private morality and modern ethics emphasizes public morality. Secondly, the scope of traditional ethics is acquaintance society, while modern ethics adjusts strangers'social relations. Third, traditional ethics is a high standard of saints morality based on self-improvement of human nature, while modern ethics is a basic ethical norm aimed at adjusting interpersonal relations and maintaining the universality of social order. Fourth, the traditional ethics insists on the sense of group standard, while the modern ethics insists on the right on the basis of individual standard. Fifth, the traditional ethics is based on benevolent love emotion, and modern ethics is based on the rationality of proper respect of justice. At the same time, there is also a synchronic relationship between the two, which may realize the docking and integration. First, we should carry out the moral education of the traditional saints and gentlemen to promote the moral quality of the Chinese nation and promote the modern citizen ethics. Second, we should continuously educate the members of the society on modern ethical spirit, enhance citizens' awareness of rules and observe the law, and maintain the basic moral order of the society. Third, combine the traditional ethical spirit with the modern ethical spirit to construct the new morality in modern society.
