气候正义中的伦理分析与对策研究

【摘要】：气候危机威胁着人类的生存和发展。以种际正义、代际正义和国际正义为主要内容的气候正义日益成为人们关注的焦点。生态整体主义自然价值论为气候正义问题的解决奠定了根基。在精确阐述自然价值论在气候危机中伦理价值基础之上,即动植物地位平等保证种际平衡,可持续发展保证代际平等,共同体责任共担保证国际公正。我们可以从国际和国内两个层面寻找应对措施:聚焦气候危机,探寻正义途径;勾勒世界蓝图,实现和平共赢;增强生态意识,践行整体发展;推进绿色发展,承担道德责任。
[Abstract]:The climate crisis threatens the survival and development of mankind. Climate justice with interspecies justice, intergenerational justice and international justice as the main content has increasingly become the focus of attention. Ecological holism theory of natural value lays the foundation for the solution of the problem of climate justice. On the basis of expounding exactly the ethical value of natural value theory in the climate crisis, namely, the equal status of animals and plants guarantees interspecies balance, sustainable development guarantees intergenerational equality, and community responsibility guarantees international justice. We can look for solutions at both the international and domestic levels: focus on the climate crisis and seek justice; outline the world blueprint for peace and win-win results; enhance ecological awareness and practice overall development; promote green development and assume moral responsibility.
