技术设计伦理实践的内在路径探析

【摘要】：技术并非外在于人类社会,而是与人类社会协同进化的,因此创造技术的设计过程并不单纯是追求对自然的理性控制和实现技术的功能效率,人类的价值理念也应该内化于技术设计成果之中,即技术设计并非单纯的理性实践,也是伦理实践。然而,技术伦理实践的外在进路关注的是技术应用以及应用技术所产生的社会影响,解决方案是从技术外部的社会文化层面着眼,期望对技术的社会后果进行批判的考察并予以规范,这样的方案因其外在性而缺乏有效性。技术伦理需要走出这种外在进路,走出单纯的学科化的倾向,通过建构性技术评估和道德化设计等内在进路,真正实现技术设计的伦理介入。
[Abstract]:Technology is not external to human society, but coevolved with human society. Therefore, the design process of creating technology is not simply the pursuit of rational control of nature and the realization of the functional efficiency of technology. Human values should also be internalized in the achievements of technological design, that is, technological design is not only a rational practice, but also an ethical practice. However, the external approach to the practice of technology ethics focuses on the application of technology and the social impact of applied technology. The solution is to focus on the social and cultural aspects of the external technology. It is expected that the social consequences of technology will be critically examined and standardized, and such schemes will be lacking in effectiveness because of their externalities. The ethics of technology needs to walk out of this kind of external path and out of the tendency of pure discipline. The ethical intervention of technological design can be realized through the internal approaches such as constructive technical evaluation and moral design.
