责任政治的伦理基础:早期西方责任政治观念分析

【摘要】：责任不仅是道德主张,也是政治生活的基本要素。从政治的角度探讨责任,不仅可以加深对责任的理解,也会为实现责任政治提供理论资源。以古希腊、古罗马的政治思想为分析对象,可以梳理和把握早期责任政治观念的基本特征与表现:柏拉图集中关注公民的职责与理想城邦的建构、亚里士多德关注城邦善业的实现方式,西塞罗则强调从责任生活到责任政治的逻辑。总体来说,古希腊与古罗马时期的责任政治以伦理为主线,以公民对城邦的责任为核心,并逐渐拓展出公民责任、国家责任等不同类型责任的雏形。通过伦理达到良善的公共生活是早期西方责任政治观念的核心要旨,这一观念奠定了责任政治的道德基础。
[Abstract]:Responsibility is not only a moral proposition, but also a basic element of political life. Exploring responsibility from a political perspective can not only deepen the understanding of responsibility, but also provide theoretical resources for the realization of responsibility politics. Taking the political thought of ancient Greece and Rome as the object of analysis, we can sort out and grasp the basic characteristics and manifestations of the political concept of responsibility in the early period: Plato focused on the duties of citizens and the construction of the ideal city-state. Aristotle focused on the realization of the good karma of the city-states, while Cicero emphasized the logic from responsibility to responsibility politics. In general, the responsibility politics of ancient Greece and ancient Rome took ethics as the main line and citizens' responsibility to the city-state as the core, and gradually expanded the embryonic forms of different types of responsibility, such as civic responsibility, national responsibility and so on. To achieve good public life through ethics is the core tenet of the early western concept of responsible politics, which laid the moral foundation of responsible politics.
