陶行知“人中人”思想及其伦理共同体意蕴

【摘要】："人中人"是伟大的人民教育家陶行知教育伦理思想的核心概念,极力推崇和倡导的理想人格,富含伦理共同体意蕴。可以从为大众谋利益的奉公观念、自立自强而不自私的自我意识、"摇不动"的"国人气节"等方面加以梳理和阐发。阐发和传承陶行知"人中人"思想的伦理共同体意蕴,有助于改善和加强当代中国学校立德树人的道德教育和思想政治工作,应对当前道德领域突出问题。
[Abstract]:"Man among people" is the core concept of Tao Xingzhi, a great people educator, whose ideal personality is highly respected and advocated, which is rich in ethical community. It can be combed and elucidated from the following aspects: the idea of serving the public for the benefit of the public, the self-consciousness of self-reliance but not selfishness, and the "national integrity" of "shaking no movement". It is helpful to improve and strengthen the moral education and ideological and political work in contemporary Chinese schools and to deal with the outstanding problems in the current moral field by elucidating and inheriting the ethical community implication of Tao Xingzhi's thought of "Man among Man".
