中西伦理治理之比较及启示

【摘要】：伦理治理是传统中国社会治国理政的深层文化动因和基本的治国理念。寻求伦理治理的有效方法和途径,离不开对中西伦理治理的比较和分析。西方的伦理治理源于基督教的上帝有"位格"、"灵体"与"灵魂不灭"的彼岸性、纯精神性的外在超越性的传统,而中国的伦理治理则离不开"道"文化的演化,其目的是为了在人间建立道德的精神王国。中西伦理治理的异同主要表现在道德自觉与灵魂永生、圣王崇拜与崇尚制度、"道"的圆润性与上帝的偏执性、早熟的人文主义与宗教的人文主义等几个方面。拓展中国伦理治理的对策与思考,应重视德法兼治互动中的理论与实践的探索,注重对中国传统中德治传统的研究,注重对民间信仰的承认、引导和开掘,注重在社会主义核心价值体系建设中融入传统资源,注重公民的人格建构,注重融入中西公正观的积极资源。
[Abstract]:Ethical governance is the deep cultural motivation and the basic idea of governing the country in traditional Chinese society. It is necessary to compare and analyze the ethical governance between China and the West. The Western ethical governance originates from the Christian God's "position", the "spirit body" and "soul inextinguishment", the pure spiritual nature of the external transcendent tradition, while the Chinese ethical governance is inseparable from the evolution of the "Tao" culture. Its aim is to establish a moral spiritual kingdom on earth. The similarities and differences of Chinese and Western ethical governance are mainly manifested in moral consciousness and soul immortality, worship and worship of the sacred king and system, roundness of Tao and paranoia of God, precocious humanism and religious humanism, etc. In order to expand the countermeasures and thinking of ethical governance in China, we should attach importance to the exploration of theory and practice in the interaction of morality and law, to the study of the tradition of rule by virtue in Chinese tradition, to the recognition, guidance and excavation of folk beliefs. Attention should be paid to the integration of traditional resources into the construction of socialist core value system, to the construction of citizens' personality and to the positive resources of Chinese and Western views of justice.
