我国转基因食品安全性的伦理问题思考

【摘要】：二十一世纪的今天,科学技术的不断发展给人类的生活带来了很大的改变,科技改变了我们的生活,使我们能够尽情享受生活的美妙。但同时也给人们带来了许多的烦恼。例如计算机信息技术,人工智能机器人技术和转基因生物遗传技术等等。这些技术的应用给人类生活带来便捷的同时与传统的伦理道德也产生了一些冲突。在2015年中国国务院发布的中央一号文件《关于加大改革创新力度加快农业现代化建设的若干意见》中,国家首次强调了要着重加强转基因知识的科学普及,能够让正确的、科学的转基因知识正大光明地被消费者所认识和讨论,让我国消费者对转基因食品拥有知情权和选择权。因此本文在科学技术与传统伦理冲突的社会科学大背景下,从转基因食品的安全性入手,探讨了转基因食品对人类健康和生态环境的影响。转基因食品的普及曾一度使困扰人类的粮食危机有了缓减的办法,一些医疗保健难题也开始得到了突破,但是,正如古语所云:“是亦彼也,彼亦是也,彼亦一是非,此亦一是非”,转基因食品安全的不确定性带来的伦理问题也让我们不得不认真思考,比如转基因食品会不会给人类带来健康隐患,会不会给自然环境带来不可挽回的创伤,会不会给特殊群体造成人本权利的伤害。所以转基因食品的发展要走出当前的伦理困境,就必须解决好这些基本伦理问题,鉴于我国的特殊国情,人口越来越多,而耕地面积越来越少,原本传统的农业种植方式已经越来越满足不了我国人民的粮食需求,如果不能及时的发展转基因食品,就很有可能会造成我国粮食大量进口,在国际贸易中处于被垄断地位,严重的影响我国的大国形象和社会的谐稳定发展,鉴于此,我们必须加大力度分析转基因食品发展所遭遇到的安全伦理问题,找到转基因安全性与伦理冲突的平衡点,为我国转基因食品的发展提出建设性的意见。
[Abstract]:Today in the 21 century, the continuous development of science and technology has brought great changes to human life, science and technology has changed our lives, so that we can enjoy the beauty of life. But at the same time, it also brings people a lot of trouble. Such as computer information technology, artificial intelligence robot technology and genetically modified biological genetic technology and so on. The application of these technologies brings convenience to human life and conflicts with traditional ethics. In the first document of the State Council issued by China's State Council in 2015, "some opinions on intensifying Reform and Innovation and speeding up the Modernization of Agriculture", the state for the first time stressed the importance of strengthening the scientific popularization of GM knowledge so as to make it correct. The scientific knowledge of GM is well known and discussed by consumers, which makes our consumers have the right to know and choose about GM food. Therefore, under the background of the conflict between science and technology and traditional ethics, this paper discusses the impact of genetically modified food on human health and ecological environment from the perspective of safety of genetically modified food. The popularity of genetically modified foods once gave mankind a way to alleviate the food crisis, and some medical and health problems began to break through. But, as the old saying goes, "it is, it is not." This is also right and wrong. The ethical issues brought about by the uncertainty over the safety of genetically modified foods have forced us to seriously consider, for example, whether genetically modified foods will bring health risks to human beings and irreparable trauma to the natural environment. Will do harm to the human rights of special groups. Therefore, in order to get out of the current ethical dilemma of genetically modified foods, we must solve these basic ethical problems. In view of the special national conditions of our country, the population is increasing, and the area of cultivated land is becoming smaller and smaller. The traditional way of agricultural cultivation has become increasingly unable to meet the food needs of the people of China. If we fail to develop genetically modified foods in a timely manner, it is very likely that our country will import a large amount of grain and be monopolized in international trade. It seriously affects the image of our country and the harmonious and stable development of our society. In view of this, we must make greater efforts to analyze the safety ethical problems encountered in the development of genetically modified foods, and find out the balance point between the safety and ethical conflicts of transgenic foods. Constructive suggestions are put forward for the development of genetically modified foods in China.
