“治国理政”视域下公民伦理的构建和培育

【摘要】：公民伦理作为现代社会公共生活中每个公民都应当遵守的基本行为规范,是现代社会的重要标志和国家治理的重要方面,体现了"依法治国"与"以德治国"有机结合的治国之道,构建和培育公民伦理是中央治国理政思想的题中应有之意。构建和培育我国的公民伦理,在体现其共性的同时,应当寻找符合国情的路径。
[Abstract]:Citizen ethics, as a basic code of conduct that every citizen should abide by in modern public life, is an important symbol of modern society and an important aspect of national governance. It embodies the organic combination of "ruling the country by law" and "running the country by virtue", and the construction and cultivation of citizen ethics is the proper meaning of the thought of governing the country by the central government. To construct and cultivate the citizen ethics of our country, we should find the path in line with the national conditions while embodying its commonality.
