幸福企业的和谐管理研究

【摘要】:基于利润最大化为核心价值的传统企业管理理念,已经随着以和谐为共同目标的经济、社会和文明的转型而改变。以追求直接的经济利益为价值导向的企业正在逐步走向消亡,以追求幸福为目标,以和谐管理为方向的新型企业正在兴起。本文从探究幸福企业与和谐管理的理念出发,在分析幸福企业的与和谐管理的关系的基础上对和谐管理制度进行挖掘,通过建立和谐管理的运行机制,加强伦理教育,最终实现幸福企业的目标。本文利用比较分析的方法,在绪论部分阐述了选题缘由,分析了国内外研究现状,厘清相关概念的来源。第一章从界定幸福企业与和谐管理的概念出发,明确幸福企业评价标准,分析幸福企业与和谐管理的关系,说明幸福企业是实施和谐管理的最终目标,和谐管理是实现幸福企业的理想途径。第二章从企业管理者与员工、企业与消费者、竞争者、政府管理部门和生态环境之间的冲突出发,深入分析影响幸福企业的不和谐因素及成因;第三章探索幸福企业和谐管理的实施路径,通过构建幸福企业和谐管理的伦理规范体系,形成幸福企业和谐管理的运行机制,加强幸福企业和谐管理过程中的伦理教育,为实现幸福企业提供一些理论与实践参考。
[Abstract]:The traditional enterprise management concept based on profit maximization has changed with the transformation of economy, society and civilization with harmony as the common goal. The value-oriented enterprises in pursuit of direct economic interests are gradually disappearing, and the new-type enterprises with happiness as the goal and harmonious management as the direction are emerging. Based on the analysis of the relationship between happy enterprise and harmonious management, this paper explores the concept of happy enterprise and harmonious management, explores the harmonious management system, and strengthens the ethical education by establishing the operating mechanism of harmonious management. Finally achieve the goal of a happy enterprise. Using the method of comparative analysis, this paper expounds the reason of choosing the topic in the introduction, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and clarifies the origin of the related concepts. The first chapter starts from the definition of happy enterprise and harmonious management, clarifies the evaluation standard of happy enterprise, analyzes the relationship between happy enterprise and harmonious management, and explains that happy enterprise is the ultimate goal of implementing harmonious management. Harmonious management is the ideal way to realize the happy enterprise. The second chapter starts from the conflict between managers and employees, enterprises and consumers, competitors, government management departments and ecological environment, and analyzes deeply the disharmonious factors and causes that affect happy enterprises. The third chapter explores the implementation path of harmonious management of happy enterprises, constructs the ethical norm system of harmonious management of happy enterprises, forms the operating mechanism of harmonious management of happy enterprises, and strengthens the ethical education in the process of harmonious management of happy enterprises. It provides some theoretical and practical references for the realization of happy enterprises.
