企业履行社会责任的成就、问题与对策——以河南省上市公司为例

【摘要】：国内外对企业社会责任多向度的理论研究,至今积累了丰富成果。积极推进企业承担社会责任运动也在全球范围内全面展开。中国企业,尤其是上市公司,在全球化浪潮中承担社会责任的现状、问题、原因与出路,成为一个必须关注的焦点。该研究报告依据清华大学发布的《中国企业社会责任评价准则》,选择河南省十三家上市公司为剖析对象,从面上资料到个案实情,对上市公司企业社会责任履行情况进行多方位考察,政府引导、企业实践、社会推动的企业社会责任发展新格局基本形成,但企业承担社会责任的认知误区、制度与机制缺陷仍较突出存在,出路则在于从制度与机制上构建政府引导、企业实践、社会推动的大格局。
[Abstract]:The multi-dimensional theory research on corporate social responsibility at home and abroad has accumulated rich achievements up to now. Active promotion of corporate social responsibility movement has also been launched all over the world. The present situation, problems, reasons and solutions of Chinese enterprises, especially listed companies, which assume social responsibility in the tide of globalization, have become a focus that must be paid attention to. According to the "Evaluation criteria for Chinese Corporate Social responsibility" published by Tsinghua University, the research report selected 13 listed companies in Henan Province as the analytical objects, from the front information to the facts of the case. The implementation of corporate social responsibility of listed companies is investigated in many ways. The new pattern of corporate social responsibility development, which is guided by the government, corporate practice, and promoted by society, is basically formed, but the cognitive error of corporate social responsibility is misunderstood. The defects of system and mechanism are still prominent, and the way out lies in the construction of the pattern of government guidance, enterprise practice and social promotion from the system and mechanism.
