【摘要】：在大数据时代,信息隐私问题尤为凸显,它涉及个人信息的收集与处理两个方面。如何在实现收集与处理个人信息之社会价值的同时,又切实保护好个人的信息隐私,维护个人的隐私利益,这需要从道德、法律及技术方面加强建设。
[Abstract]:In big data's era, the issue of information privacy is particularly prominent, it involves the collection and processing of personal information in two aspects. How to realize the social value of collecting and processing personal information while protecting personal information privacy and safeguarding personal privacy interests needs to be strengthened from the aspects of morality, law and technology.
