黑色签字笔墨水多种检验方法的研究

【摘要】:本文系统地研究了黑色签字笔墨水的多种检验方法。选取市售较为常见的签字笔作为样品,,定期对样品进行采集,通过使用数理统计中的均匀设计与正交设计方法,优化实验条件,采用薄层色谱法、紫外导数光谱法、红外光谱法和红外光谱图像检验法、扫描电镜法等方法,进行不同条件的研究测试。通过实验,进行了样品溶解性能的研究,最后选取了N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作为溶剂;薄层色谱法、紫外导数光谱法以及红外光谱法可以鉴别可溶性黑色签字笔墨水的种类;扫描电镜法以及红外光谱图像检验法对可溶性及不可溶性的样品均可进行区分,而且使用扫描电镜的方法来区分样品的种类效果更为明显。 在薄层色谱法中,经实验结果比较,得出丙酮—乙醇—水体系组分以8:19:6的体积比,∑ΔR_f值最大,此组试剂体积比为最佳。紫外导数光谱法中将可溶性样品分为两大类;红外光谱法中将随机选取的8种可溶性样品分为三大类;用电镜扫描法可将样品分为:乳状、金属(Ⅰ)状、金属(Ⅱ)状、非金属状四类;最后,认为将IR、UV-VIS、SEM三种技术联合使用是迄今比较好比较准确的综合鉴别手段。并且设计了多种样品的区分方案,从而达到鉴别不同品牌同一种属、同一品牌不同型号样品的目的。以上是破坏检材的实验方法。在研究中采用Sportlight 300红外图像系统对54种黑色签字笔进行无损检验的分类,并且对它们进行了六大类别的区分,该种检验方法在以往黑色签字笔检验的文献中未见报道,并为黑色签字笔字迹色痕书写的年代检验奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a variety of inspection methods of black signature pen ink are studied systematically. The more common signature pen on the market is selected as the sample, the sample is collected regularly, and the uniform design and orthogonal design method in mathematical statistics are used. The experiment conditions were optimized by thin layer chromatography, ultraviolet derivative spectroscopy, infrared spectrum, infrared spectrum image test, scanning electron microscope and so on. The solubility of the sample was studied. Finally, Nn- dimethylformamide was selected as solvent, TLC, UV derivative spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy could be used to identify the type of soluble black ink. The soluble and insoluble samples can be distinguished by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and infrared spectrum image test (IR), and the effect of SEM is more obvious. In thin-layer chromatography, by comparing the experimental results, it is concluded that the volume ratio of acetone-ethanol-water system is 8: 19: 6, 鈭
