深圳警察心理压力特点及影响因素研究

【摘要】:警察心理压力是20世纪来警务学术界研究的一个重要内容,也是近年来我国警界管理层关心和关注的重要课题。近年来,伴随着深圳社会的法制化进程和深圳市公安局职业化改革的推广,深圳警察的心理压力也在不断变化。研究深圳警察的心理压力源,减轻压力的消极作用,对警察的身心健康乃至警队的良性发展有着重要的作用。 通过参阅以往国内外相关的研究文献,发放自制问卷调查,走访部分基层警察,分析了深圳警察压力源和压力的几个特点:1、压力源主要体现在四个方面:工作,社会,家庭和警察个人;2、工作压力是主要的压力,社会压力次之,然后是家庭压力和个人压力;3、压力的影响呈动态变化。本论文还从人文,执法环境,警务改革制度,群体角色,沟通渠道和内部管理等几个方面分析了影响警察心理压力的几项因素。针对上述研究,本论文提出借鉴国内外一些先进的方法和经验,从制度入手,争取社会支持,不断提高警察的身心素质,增强抗压能力的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Police psychological pressure is an important content of police academic research in the 20th century, and it is also an important subject that our police management concerned and paid close attention to in recent years. In recent years, with the legal process of Shenzhen society and the promotion of professional reform of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau, the psychological pressure of Shenzhen police is also changing. It is important to study the source of psychological stress and reduce the negative effect of the stress on the physical and mental health of the police and the benign development of the police force. By referring to previous domestic and foreign relevant research documents, issuing self-made questionnaires, visiting some police officers at the grass-roots level, and analyzing several characteristics of Shenzhen police's stress source and pressure: 1, the stressors are mainly reflected in four aspects: work, society, etc. Family and police personal pressure, work pressure is the main pressure, social pressure, and then family pressure and personal pressure, the impact of stress is dynamic change. This paper also analyzes several factors that affect police psychological pressure from humanities, law enforcement environment, police reform system, group role, communication channel and internal management. In view of the above research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for drawing lessons from some advanced methods and experiences at home and abroad, starting from the system, striving for social support, constantly improving the physical and mental quality of the police, and enhancing the ability of resisting pressure.
