组建银行与警方实时监控网络提升银行安全防范能力

【摘要】：一些犯罪分子通过银行帐户实施各类犯罪屡屡得手,其主要原因之一就是银行监控录像的拍摄为俯角拍摄和成像清晰度不佳,警方很难从银行监控录像辨认犯罪嫌疑人的体貌特征。为此,应改进目前银行监控录像的拍摄角度和清晰度不佳的状况,尽快安装由计算机控制的夜视微型彩色高分辨率数码摄像头。由目前的银行录像监控拓展到通过计算机网络由警方参与监控。利用计算机图象识别技术自动识别警方已经锁定的犯罪嫌疑人。
