“澳新美同盟”的名称由来及其属性刍议

【摘要】：澳新美同盟是第二次世界大战后澳新美三方所缔结的一个防御合作同盟。由于澳新双方尤其是澳方在同盟的提议以及同盟条约文本的拟订过程中发挥了独特建设性作用,所以该同盟被称之为"澳新美同盟"。该同盟缔结的主要原因或目的就是防范日本军国主义的东山再起,因而在缔结之初,它无疑是一个区域性防御同盟。后来随着亚太地区国际局势的变化,美国希望将其纳入反共产主义的轨道,致使同盟不得不打上冷战的烙印。然而在冷战期间,澳大利亚卷入东南亚地区事务的主要通道是"东南亚条约组织"。这就在实际运作中大大弱化了澳新美同盟的冷战属性。
[Abstract]:The Australia-New Zealand alliance is a defense alliance concluded by the three parties after the second World War. Since Australia and New Zealand, especially Australia, have played a unique and constructive role in the proposal of the alliance and the drafting of the treaty text of the alliance, Therefore, the alliance is called the "Australia-New America Alliance." the main reason or purpose of the alliance was to prevent the resurgence of Japanese militarism, so that at the beginning of its conclusion, It was undoubtedly a regional defence alliance. As the international situation in the Asia-Pacific region changed, the United States wanted to put it on the track of anti-communism, which had to be branded as a cold war. However, during the cold war, The main channel for Australia's involvement in Southeast Asian affairs is the Southeast Asian Treaty Organization, which greatly weakens the Cold War attribute of the ANZ alliance in practice.
