新加坡公民意识教育的现代价值

【摘要】：新加坡共和国是东南亚的一个岛国和城市国家,位于马来半岛。1965年,独立建国以来,经过五十余年的努力,日益走向富裕,发展成为新型的发达国家。新加坡高速发展的经济、良好的社会秩序、较高的道德水平以及优美的城市环境,使世界为之瞩目。从一定意义上讲与新加坡卓有成效的公民意识教育是分不开的。新加坡政府不断地实践和探索,积极弘扬东方传统价值观,借鉴中国传统文化中的儒家思想,逐渐形成了新加坡公民共同追求的道德品质和价值观,不但抵御了西方腐朽价值观的侵蚀,而且在儒家文化的基垫下,保持了东方文化的底蕴和精华,形成了符合新加坡国情的、特色鲜明的公民意识教育体系。我国和新加坡两国人民血缘相亲、语言相通、风俗相近,使文化交流与合作有着得天独厚的条件,文化交流已成为中新人民之间友谊的桥梁和纽带。新加坡公民意识教育的成功经验,对我国公民意识教育具有重要的启发和借鉴作用。全文选取新加坡公民意识教育为研究对象,运用马克思主义的立场、观点、方法,从历史背景、形成条件、基本内容、途径等方面对新加坡公民意识教育体系进行梳理和探究,并挖掘其现代价值。全文总共分为四个部分:第一部分:关于公民意识教育的相关理论。通过对公民意识教育的相关理论基础进行探究分析,从不同角度、不同学派的比较研究中,对公民、公民意识、公民意识教育等概念进行了界定。第二部分:新加坡公民意识教育的形成及发展。从纵向历史发展过程中,探讨其政治、经济、文化因素对新加坡公民意识教育发展产生的深刻影响,为研究新加坡公民意识教育体系及特点,提供事实依据。第三部分:新加坡公民意识教育的内容体系。首先明确了新加坡公民意识教育的目标与原则。其次,系统地概括出新加坡公民意识教育的内容,主要是培养公民的国家意识、社会公德意识、廉洁意识等。最后,以上述问题为逻辑起点,分析探究新加坡公民意识教育的实施途径。第四部分:新加坡公民意识教育对我国的启示。包括对新加坡公民意识教育的评价以及对我国公民意识教育的启示两方面的内容,综合阐述新加坡公民意识教育对推动我国的公民意识教育的发展和进步所具有的现代价值。
[Abstract]:The Republic of Singapore is an island and an urban country in Southeast Asia, located on the Malay Peninsula. In 1965, after more than 50 years of efforts since its independence, the Republic of Singapore has become increasingly rich and developed into a new type of developed country. Good social order, high moral level and beautiful urban environment make the world pay attention to it. In a certain sense, it is inseparable from the effective education of citizenship in Singapore. By actively carrying forward the traditional values of the East and drawing lessons from the Confucianism in Chinese traditional culture, the moral qualities and values sought by Singaporean citizens are gradually formed, which not only resist the erosion of the decadent values of the West, Moreover, under the foundation of Confucian culture, we have maintained the essence and essence of oriental culture and formed a distinctive civic awareness education system that conforms to the national conditions of Singapore. The two peoples of our country and Singapore are related by blood, language and customs are similar. Cultural exchange and cooperation has become a bridge and link of friendship between the Chinese and Singaporean peoples. The article selects Singapore citizenship education as the research object, applies Marxist standpoint, viewpoint, method, from the historical background, forms the condition, the basic content, the full text selects the Singapore citizen consciousness education as the research object, from the historical background, forms the condition, the basic content. The approaches and other aspects of Singapore citizenship education system are combed and explored, The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part: the related theories on the education of civic consciousness. Through the exploration and analysis of the relevant theoretical basis of the education of civic consciousness, from different angles, In the comparative study of different schools of thought, the concepts of citizen, citizen consciousness and citizen consciousness education are defined. The second part: the formation and development of Singapore citizenship consciousness education. The profound influence of cultural factors on the development of citizenship education in Singapore, in order to study the system and characteristics of citizenship education in Singapore, Part three: the content system of citizenship education in Singapore. Firstly, the aim and principle of citizenship education in Singapore are defined. Secondly, the contents of citizenship education in Singapore are summarized systematically. It is mainly to cultivate citizens' national consciousness, social morality consciousness, clean sense and so on. Finally, taking the above problems as the logical starting point, Part 4th: the enlightenment of Singapore citizenship education to our country, including the evaluation of Singapore citizenship education and the enlightenment to our country citizenship consciousness education. This paper expounds the modern value of citizenship education in Singapore for promoting the development and progress of citizen consciousness education in our country.
