我国城市老年人意外伤害保险购买意愿现状及影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】：基于2010年中国城乡老年人口状况追踪调查,本文发现仅有不到四分之一的老年人愿意购买意外伤害保险。年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、所处地理区域、经济状况、思想意识、遭受意外经历以及其他保险购买状况是影响老年人购买意外伤害保险意愿的重要因素。但是,身体健康状况对老年人购买意外伤害保险意愿不存在直接显著影响,老年人购买意外伤害保险很大程度上是出于家庭责任的考虑。因此,改变传统的保险和风险观念,切实关注老年人身体健康是改变意外伤害保险购买现状的努力方向。
[Abstract]:Based on a survey of the elderly population in urban and rural areas in China in 2010, this paper finds that less than 1/4 elderly people are willing to buy accident injury insurance. Accident experience and other insurance purchase status are the important factors that affect the willingness of the elderly to buy accident injury insurance. However, the health status of the elderly has no direct and significant effect on the willingness of the elderly to buy accident injury insurance. Therefore, changing the traditional concept of insurance and risk and paying close attention to the health of the elderly is the direction to change the status quo of the purchase of accident injury insurance.
