新形势下我国网络育人的发展研究

【摘要】:网络育人是网络化时代崛起的一种新的育人形式,它以全新的教学模式、丰富的教育资源、飞快的传播速度等优势弥补了传统教育的不足,理所当然的成为现代育人体系中备受关注的研究话题之一。诚然,网络育人在一定程度上完善了传统的教育方法、革新了教育原则,实现了在网络虚拟环境中潜移默化的对网民进行教育的目的。作为一种全新的育人方式,它一方面具备其它育人方式共性的表现形式,这主要涉及价值观念塑造、政治方向引领、伦理道德教化和法律法规内化等多个领域;另一方面,网络育人又存在其他育人方式所不具备的特殊化形态,主要表现为在虚拟的环境中规范人际交往秩序、提升网民的网络素养和价值信仰等。可以说,网络育人以生动多元的表现形式增强了教育的效果,提升了育人的时效性和针对性。网络育人的隐匿性、自主选择性、超时空性等特点不仅扩大了网民交流的范围,而且促进了教育者与受教育者关系的平等,拉近了人与人之间的距离。随着网络信息技术的发展,我国的网络育人发挥着重要的作用并取得了一定的积极成就。相对于传统的育人方式而言,网络育人的资源更加丰富、载体也日渐多样化,这些都满足了受教育者的需求,丰富了教育的形式。但新形势下,我国的网络育人工作依然面临着许多挑战,这突出表现在网络空间中多元化的社会思潮扰乱网民的价值观、网络知识爆炸使得多样化的信息混淆网民的视听、网络行为失范破坏网络育人秩序等方面。加上网络育人队伍难以满足网络育人的要求使得网络育人问题更加突出,这些问题都严重威胁网络育人的发展。面对新情况、新特点以及新问题,如何有效把握网络育人的发展方向,积极发挥网络育人的作用已经成为新时期关注的热点话题。因此,我们必须发挥国家、社会以及广大网民的综合力量,采取有效措施建立网络育人的协调机制,以保障网络育人的顺利施展。
[Abstract]:Network education is a new form of education in the era of network. It makes up for the deficiency of traditional education with the advantages of new teaching mode, abundant educational resources and fast spreading speed. Naturally, it has become one of the most concerned research topics in the modern education system. To be sure, network education has to some extent improved the traditional educational methods and innovated the educational principles. As a new way of educating people, on the one hand, it has the expression form of the common character of other ways of educating people, which is mainly related to the shaping of values. On the other hand, there is a special form of network education which is not possessed by other ways of educating people, which is mainly manifested in regulating the order of interpersonal communication in the virtual environment. It can be said that network education enhances the effect of education, improves the timeliness and pertinence of education with vivid and pluralistic forms, and improves the obscurity and self-selection of network education. The characteristics of transcendental space and time have not only expanded the scope of communication among netizens, but also promoted the equality of the relationship between educators and educatees, and narrowed the distance between people. With the development of network information technology, The network education in our country plays an important role and has made some positive achievements. Compared with the traditional way of educating people, the resources of network education are more abundant, and the carriers are becoming more and more diversified. All these meet the needs of the educatees. It enriches the form of education. However, under the new situation, China's network education still faces many challenges, which is highlighted in the diversity of social trends in cyberspace that disturb the values of Internet users. The explosion of network knowledge makes the diversified information confuse the Internet users' audiovisual, the network behavior loses the norm and destroys the network education order and so on. In addition, the network education team is difficult to meet the requirements of the network education, which makes the network education problem more prominent. These problems have seriously threatened the development of network education. In the face of new situation, new characteristics and new problems, how to effectively grasp the development direction of network education and give full play to the role of network education has become a hot topic of concern in the new era. We must give full play to the comprehensive strength of the country, society and the vast number of Internet users, and take effective measures to establish the coordination mechanism of network education, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of network education.
