社区资源对农村老年人健康状况的影响研究

【摘要】：老龄化加剧的时代,如何改善老人生活环境,加强农村社区建设,提升老年人的健康水平和养老质量,成为一个亟需研究和解决的社会问题。本研究主要包括以下几个方面的内容:第一,将中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)2011年和2013年数据进行匹配,借鉴以往研究选取相应的健康测量指标,对农村老年人健康状况进行总体性描述。第二,本研究探讨影响我国农村老年人健康状况的因素。主要关注农村社区物质资源和社区组织资源对老人健康状况的影响。第三,基于数据调查和分析,从社区层面对提升农村老人健康水平和养老质量提出政策和实践层面的建议。本研究的回归模型分析中对社区资源因素进行了不同的处理,其一是,将社区物质资源和社区组织资源两个类别中的系列变量直接纳入模型;其二是,将社区物质资源和社区组织资源两个类别中的系列变量进行加总取均值处理后纳入模型。研究发现,在社区物质资源中,“露天健身器材”显著正向影响农村老年人的心理健康状况;加总取均值后的社区物质资源变量显著正向影响农村老年人的生理健康状况,而对农村老人的心理健康方面影响不显著。在社区组织资源中,“老年活动中心”以及“老年协会”显著正向影响农村老年人的生理健康状况,而“养老院”以及“村诊所医务室”显著负向影响农村老年人的生理健康状况;“老年活动中心”显著正向影响农村老人的心理健康状况;加总取均值后的社区组织资源变量显著正向影响农村老年人的生理健康状况,而对农村老人的心理健康方面影响不显著。整体而言,相对于社区物质资源,社区组织资源在对老人的健康效应方面作用相对更明显。而且,社区资源在对农村老年人的生理健康方面产生的积极效应要明显优于心理健康方面。研究表明,社区资源能够提供实际的物质支持和精神支持,在一定程度上,可以改善农村老年人的健康水平。社区作为平台,可以促进老年人自主养老,有效补充居家养老。因此,根据农村老年人的健康需求,推动社区建设和社区发展,充实社区的物质资源和组织资源极为必要。
[Abstract]:In the age of increasing aging, how to improve the living environment of the elderly, strengthen the construction of rural communities, improve the health level of the elderly and the quality of the aged, This research mainly includes the following aspects: first, the data of China Health and Old-age tracking Survey (CHARLS) on 2011 and 2013 are matched. Draw lessons from previous studies to select the corresponding health measurement indicators, the rural elderly health status of the overall description. Second, This study explores the factors that affect the health status of the elderly in rural areas. It mainly focuses on the impact of material resources and community organization resources in rural communities on the health status of the elderly. Thirdly, based on the data survey and analysis, Policy and practice suggestions are put forward to improve the health level of the rural elderly and the quality of the aged from the community level. In the regression model analysis of this study, the factors of community resources are dealt with differently. A series of variables in the two categories of community material resources and community organization resources are directly incorporated into the model; the second is that. In the community material resources, "open-air fitness equipment" significantly positively affected the mental health status of the rural elderly, and the community material resource variables after taking the average value significantly positively affected the physical health status of the rural elderly. In the community organization resources, the activity center for the elderly and the association for the elderly had a significant positive effect on the physical health of the rural elderly. While "nursing home" and "village clinic infirmary" significantly negatively affected the physical health status of the rural elderly, "elderly activity center" significantly positively affected the mental health status of the rural elderly; The average value of community organization resource variables significantly positively affected the physical and health status of the rural elderly, but had no significant impact on the mental health of the rural elderly. As a whole, compared with the community material resources, Community organization resources play a more significant role in the health effects of the elderly. Moreover, the positive effects of community resources on the physical health of the elderly in rural areas are significantly better than those on mental health. Community resources can provide practical material and spiritual support, to a certain extent, can improve the health of the elderly in rural areas. According to the health needs of the elderly in rural areas, it is necessary to promote community construction and community development and enrich the material and organizational resources of the community.
