【摘要】：理论特色是中共十八大概括的中国特色社会主义的四个特色之一,加强对中国特色社会主义理论特色的研究,是当前学术界的重要使命。中共十八大提出要不断丰富和发展中国特色社会主义的四个特色的要求,本文从“理论特色”的角度出发,进行尝试性的探索和研究,希望对理论特色的丰富和发展有所启示。深入探讨丰富和发展“理论特色”的问题,这对全面理解和掌握中国特色社会主义尤其是对推进其不断发展,是一个重要的研究视角。同时,这有利于推进马克思主义理论特色研究,有利于增强其在世界的影响及其历史地位,对我们在新的时代条件下,推进和发展中国特色社会主义有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。中国特色社会主义的理论特色,是指中国共产党坚持马克思主义的指导地位,将其基本原理与中国实际和时代特征相结合,坚持一脉相承和与时俱进,根据时代和实践的发展而不断创新理论体系,不断为中国道路和制度的完善和发展提供理论依据和支撑。它具有对基本原理的坚持,对时代主题的科学解答,对实践经验的新概括,对发展的不断推进,对创新的不断要求,对理论体系的科学建构等基本特征。理论特色与“三个特色”之间是相互联系、相互作用的关系。理论特色体现在对中国特色社会主义的不同样态中,也体现在中国特色社会主义理论体系的不同发展阶段。研究中国特色社会主义的理论特色,是继续推进中国特色社会主义发展、面向世界扩大中国特色社会主义影响、增强对中国特色社会主义自信的需要。不断丰富和发展中国特色社会主义的理论特色的方法和路径是:坚持马克思主义基本原理不动摇,强化对中国特色社会主义的理论特色相关问题的研究,不断增强理论自觉和自信,开辟马克思主义中国化的新境界,不断加强用中国特色社会主义理论体系武装群众,提升国民的理论思维能力和创新能力,及时概括总结中国特色社会主义建设实践的新经验,形成新观点、新论断,批判地吸收人类一切优秀的思想理论成果。
[Abstract]:The theoretical characteristics are one of the four characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics summarized in the 18 CPC Congress, and the study on the theoretical characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics should be strengthened. The 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has put forward the requirement of continuously enriching and developing the four characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper, from the angle of "theoretical characteristics", makes a tentative exploration and study. Hoping to give some enlightenment to the enrichment and development of theoretical characteristics. To explore in depth the issue of enriching and developing "theoretical characteristics", which will contribute to the overall understanding and mastery of socialism with Chinese characteristics, especially to the continuous development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is an important research angle. At the same time, it is helpful to promote the study of the characteristics of Marxism theory, to enhance its influence in the world and its historical status, and to help us in the new era. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics. The theoretical characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics mean that the Communist Party of China adheres to the guiding position of Marxism. Combining its basic principles with China's reality and characteristics, adhering to the same line and keeping pace with the times, constantly innovating the theoretical system according to the development of the times and practice, It provides the theoretical basis and support for the improvement and development of Chinese road and system. It has the adherence to the basic principles, the scientific solution to the theme of the times, the new generalization of practical experience, the constant promotion of development and the constant demand for innovation. The basic characteristics of the theoretical system, such as the scientific construction of the theoretical system, and the relationship between the theoretical characteristics and the "three characteristics" are interlinked and interacted. The theoretical characteristics are embodied in the different forms of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is also reflected in the different stages of development of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To study the theoretical characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to continue to promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to expand the influence of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the face of the world. The way to enrich and develop the theoretical characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to adhere to the basic principles of Marxism. To intensify the study of the relevant issues concerning the theoretical characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to continuously enhance theoretical self-consciousness and self-confidence, to open up a new realm of Marxism in China, and to continuously strengthen the arming of the masses with the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, To improve the national ability of theoretical thinking and innovation, to sum up the new experience in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in time, to form new viewpoints, to make new judgments, and to critically absorb all the outstanding achievements of human thought and theory.
