中国特色社会主义生态文明建设路径选择研究

【摘要】：中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的意义和路径选择问题是本篇论文所要研究的核心问题。我国经济在快速发展的同时,我们赖以生存的生态环境却正在一天天的恶化,我国生态环境已经被严重破坏的残酷现实给我们敲响了警钟。所以在党的十七大报告中生态文明建设首次作为重要战略被提出来,党的十八大报告中生态文明建设被提升到与经济、政治、文化、社会建设同等重要的位置上,生态文明建设与经济、政治、文化、社会、生态“五位一体”一同构成了中国特色社会主义事业总布局,体现了党和政府对于生态文明的高度重视。因此,深入研究中国特色主义生态文明相关理论以及当代中国先进的生态文明思想,分析我国当前生态文明建设的现状和产生原因,进而探索出有鲜明的中国特色,符合中国国情的生态文明建设以及路径选择在当下大力推进社会主义生态文明,建设美丽中国的时代背景下具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。所以文章总共从四个部分对中国特色社会主义生态文明建设路径选择问题进行论述。第一部分,该部分作为全文的开篇绪论,阐述了本文的选题背景、研究意义,表述国内和国外生态文明相关理论的研究现状,指出本篇论文的研究思路、方法和创新之处。第二部分,本部分概述了生态文明的基本理论,梳理总结生态文明建设提出的理论依据,阐述中国特色社会主义生态文明理论的内涵,回顾该理论的发展历程。第三部分,本部分阐述了当代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的现实意义和现状分析,又从五个方面对产生资源环境问题的原因进行了分析。第四部分,该部分是本文要论述的重点,本部分论述的是如何进行生态文明建设的问题。希望通过我们的思考,从多个层面论述如何进行生态文明建设的问题,并提出中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的路径选择。本文运用了文献研究和实证分析两个方法对整篇文章进行论述,在写作过程中对于我国建设生态文明的路径选择方面提出了自己的观点,在突出中国特色,符合中国国情的路径选择上提出自己的看法。
[Abstract]:The significance and path selection of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is the core issue to be studied in this paper. While our economy is developing rapidly, the ecological environment on which we rely for survival is deteriorating day by day. The cruel reality that the ecological environment of our country has been seriously damaged has sounded the alarm bell to us. Therefore, the construction of ecological civilization was put forward as an important strategy for the first time in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Party. In the report of the Party's 18 National Congress, the construction of ecological civilization has been promoted to a position of equal importance to economic, political, cultural and social construction, and ecological civilization construction and economic, political, cultural, social, The "five-in-one" ecology together constitutes the general layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which reflects the great importance that the Party and the government attach to ecological civilization. Deeply study the relevant theories of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and the advanced ecological civilization thought of contemporary China, analyze the present situation and causes of the construction of ecological civilization in our country, and then explore the distinctive Chinese characteristics. The construction of ecological civilization in line with China's national conditions and the choice of ways to vigorously promote socialist ecological civilization in the present, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to build a beautiful China under the background of the times. Therefore, the article discusses the path choice of the construction of the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics from four parts. This part, as the introduction of the full text, expounds the background and significance of this thesis, describes the current research situation of the relevant theories of ecological civilization both at home and abroad, and points out the research ideas, methods and innovations of this paper. This part summarizes the basic theory of ecological civilization, combs and summarizes the theoretical basis of ecological civilization construction, expounds the connotation of the theory of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and reviews the development of the theory. This part expounds the realistic significance and the present situation analysis of the construction of the contemporary socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and analyzes the causes of the problems of resources and environment from five aspects. Part 4th, which is the focus of this paper, This part discusses how to carry out the construction of ecological civilization. Through our thinking, I hope to discuss how to carry out the construction of ecological civilization from many aspects. This paper discusses the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics by using the methods of literature research and empirical analysis, and puts forward the path choice of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics. In the course of writing, the author puts forward his own views on the path choice of constructing ecological civilization in our country, and puts forward his own views on the path choice that highlights the Chinese characteristics and conforms to the national conditions of China.
