【摘要】：唐纳德·特朗普出任美国总统后,对应其竞选承诺,推行和宣布实施了多项新政,以"美国优先"的核心理念统领,举起逆全球化的大旗,种种举措带有鲜明孤立主义色彩,甚至弃盟友利益于不顾。内政外交动作迅疾程度激烈,令全世界为之侧目,世人纷纷预想不知世界头号强国将被特朗普带向何方,及在此基础之上诸多国际热点问题会受到何种影响?美国与原本理念立场相似、友谊稳固的欧洲盟友又会有哪些龃龉和磨合?带着这些问题,本刊约请专家撰文,对特朗普新政的趋向及对世界的影响进行解读以飨读者。
[Abstract]:After Donald Trump took office as President of the United States, in response to his campaign promises, he carried out and announced a number of new policies, led by the core idea of "America first," and raised the banner of anti-globalization. He even ignored the interests of his allies. The rapidity of domestic and foreign policy has made the whole world look forward to what the world's number one power is going to be taken by Trump. And on the basis of this many international hot issues will be affected? What kind of discord and rapprochement will the United States have with its European allies with strong friendship, similar to its original conceptual position? With these questions in mind, the magazine invited experts to write about Trump's New deal and its impact on the world.
