我国养老产业融资效率及提升路径研究

【摘要】：基于2016年53家中国养老产业上市公司年报数据和统计局各省年度数据,运用DEA三阶段模型,以样本公司环境因素和随机误差为调整因素,对调整前后企业的融资技术效率进行了测度和分析。结果表明,养老产业上市公司融资技术效率受上市年限、所在地区人均GDP和所在地区城镇居民消费指数影响较大。剔除环境因素、随机误差的影响后,绝大多数样本公司融资的综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率呈现上升的趋势,但规模效率上升幅度不大;不同类型养老产业上市公司的融资技术效率差别较大。应进一步提高公司管理水平,根据企业发展需要选择适宜的规模扩张路径。优先发展养老服务业,增强市场优化配置资源的能力。
[Abstract]:Based on the annual report data of 53 listed companies in China's pension industry in 2016 and the annual data of each province of the Bureau of Statistics, the DEA three-stage model is used to adjust the sample company environmental factors and random errors. This paper measures and analyzes the financing technical efficiency of enterprises before and after adjustment. The results show that the financing technical efficiency of the listed companies in the pension industry is greatly affected by the number of years listed, the GDP per capita in the region and the consumption index of the urban residents in the region. After removing environmental factors and random error, the comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of most sample companies are on the rise, but the scale efficiency is small; The financing technical efficiency of different types of pension industry listed companies is quite different. The management level of the company should be further improved and the appropriate path of scale expansion should be chosen according to the needs of the enterprise development. Priority should be given to the development of the old-age service industry and the ability of the market to optimize the allocation of resources.
