全面深化改革背景下的生态文明建设问题研究

【摘要】：十八届三中全会研究了全面深化改革的若干重大问题,强调面对新形势新任务,要全面建成小康社会,进而建成富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,必须在新的历史起点上全面深化改革。生态文明建设作为"五位—体"总布局的重要组成部分,其成效攸关全面深化改革总目标的实现。只有把握好全面深化改革大背景下我国生态文明建设亟待解决的问题,才能更加科学有效的推进生态文明建设。基于这样的思考,本文从全面深化改革的背景出发,对生态文明建设的问题进行了深入的研究。本文分为以下三大部分:引言部分:主要介绍了选题的背景及意义、国内外研究现状以及论文的研究方法和创新点。主体部分:首先明确界定了全面深化改革与生态文明建设的相关概念,并深入分析了全面深化改革与生态文明建设的关系,以及当前我国加强生态文明建设的理论基础,指出了全面深化改革时期加强生态文明建设的可能性和必要性。然后全面分析了我国生态文明建设的现状、问题和原因,最后从宏观层面出发,探索从经济、政治、文化和社会等方面共同加强生态文明建设的对策和建议。作为本文的创新点,尤其重点突出了制度建设在生态文明建设中不可或缺的作用。结论部分:最后对文章做了简要的概括总结,人的自由全面发展需要实现人与自然的和解,而我国目前尚处于社会主义初级阶段,所以加强生态文明建设不仅要依靠改变思想观念的转变,还必须建立相应的制度保障。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has studied several major issues in comprehensively deepening reform, and stressed that in the face of the new situation and new tasks, it is necessary to build a well-off society in an all-round way, and then build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country. Chinese Dream, who realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, must deepen the reform in an all-round way at the new historical starting point. As an important part of the overall layout of "five figures-body", the construction of ecological civilization has an important effect on the realization of the overall goal of deepening the reform in an all-round way. Only by grasping the problems that need to be solved in the construction of ecological civilization under the background of deepening the reform in an all-round way can we promote the construction of ecological civilization more scientifically and effectively. Based on this thinking, this paper makes a thorough study on the construction of ecological civilization from the background of deepening the reform in an all-round way. This paper is divided into the following three parts: introduction: mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and innovative points of the paper. The main part: firstly, it clearly defines the related concepts of comprehensive deepening reform and ecological civilization construction, and deeply analyzes the relationship between comprehensive deepening reform and ecological civilization construction, as well as the theoretical basis of strengthening ecological civilization construction in our country at present. This paper points out the possibility and necessity of strengthening the construction of ecological civilization during the period of comprehensive deepening reform. Then it analyzes the present situation, problems and reasons of ecological civilization construction in China. Finally, it explores the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization from the aspects of economy, politics, culture and society from the macro level. As the innovation of this paper, the system construction plays an indispensable role in the construction of ecological civilization. Conclusion: finally, the article is summarized briefly. The free and all-round development of human needs to achieve reconciliation between man and nature, but our country is still in the primary stage of socialism. Therefore, to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization depends not only on the change of ideology, but also on the establishment of corresponding system.
