【摘要】：新的社会阶层以及其群体成员是国家进行统一战线工作的重要着力点。自中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会召开以来,我国把新的社会阶层的发展纳入统筹之中,并基于我国新的社会阶层的实际情况及发展过程中遇到的挑战,提出相应的政策,为保障和促进其健康快速地成长营造良好的环境。党高度重视在这一阶层中发展、培养党员,把加强新的社会阶层党员的发展作为增强党的实力、服务群众利益、保持阶级稳定、实现社会、经济和政治快速发展的关键点。在新的社会阶层中加强党员发展不仅对中国共产党的执政地位能起到巩固作用,而且有利于调动新的社会阶层的积极性,创造更多的物质财富和社会效益,推进社会主义构成的改革,成为社会主义现代化建设的重要力量,为建立良好的、协作的社会氛围而奋斗。针对本文的研究对象,在专家和导师的指导下,通过阅读和分析新的社会阶层的文章专著、理论成果等相关资料,从整体上对新的社会阶层的基本内涵进行把握,结合多学科中的专业知识,全面考虑吸收其成员入党在理论层面、现实意义、实施方法等各部分之间的联系,对我国这一兴起于改革开放政策的社会群体,在其概念、性质、社会地位、价值等方面形成更加深刻、客观的认识。内容上主要围绕我国新的社会阶层党员队伍的现状、存在的问题,以吸收新的社会阶层优秀成员加入党的队伍为目的,通过采取合理、有效的党员发展措施,探究新的社会阶层党员发展的路径,以期通过该研究实现实践层面的意义与价值,即让参与了社会构成阶层中的其他阶层正确认识新的社会阶层,明确其性质、社会地位以及在这一阶层中发展党员的必要性,共同致力于和谐社会的构建,进而推动社会主义现代化建设的进程。我国新的社会阶层虽然发展历史相较于社会中其他阶层的历史较短,发展也受到多方面因素的影响,其党员发展在数量、规模上的变化起伏情况可以通过国家的统计数据进行了解。权威性统计数据的支撑,不仅能够增加研究的客观性、科学性,也能够提升研究结论的可信度,为新的社会阶层党员的发展提供指导。从而通过个体在意识、专业能力等方面的提升,开发靠拢党组织途径的多样性,为吸收新的社会阶层成员入党提供保障,探究新的社会阶层党员发展的合理、有效路径。
[Abstract]:The new social stratum and its group members are the important points of the United front work. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has brought the development of new social strata into an overall plan, and has put forward corresponding policies based on the actual situation of the new social strata in our country and the challenges encountered in the process of development. To ensure and promote its healthy and rapid growth to create a good environment. The Party attaches great importance to the development of this class, trains the Party members, and regards strengthening the development of the new social class members as the key points to strengthen the Party's strength, serve the interests of the masses, maintain class stability, and realize the rapid development of society, economy and politics. Strengthening the development of party members in the new social strata can not only consolidate the ruling position of the CPC, but also help mobilize the enthusiasm of the new social strata and create more material wealth and social benefits. Pushing forward the reform of socialist constitution has become an important force in socialist modernization and striving to establish a good and cooperative social atmosphere. Under the guidance of experts and mentors, through reading and analyzing the articles monographs and theoretical achievements of the new social stratum, we can grasp the basic connotation of the new social stratum as a whole. Combining with the professional knowledge in various disciplines, considering comprehensively the connection between the theoretical, practical significance, implementation methods and other parts of absorbing its members into the Party, the concept and nature of this social group arising from the policy of reform and opening to the outside world in our country, Social status, value and other aspects of the formation of a more profound, objective understanding. The content mainly revolves around the present situation and existing problems of the new social class party members in our country, with the aim of absorbing the excellent members of the new social stratum to join the party's ranks, and by adopting reasonable and effective measures for the development of party members, Exploring the path of the development of the new social stratum Party members, in order to realize the meaning and value of the practical level through this research, that is to say, let the other strata participating in the social stratum correctly understand the new social stratum and clarify its nature. The social status and the necessity of recruiting Party members in this class work together to build a harmonious society, and then promote the process of socialist modernization. Although the history of the development of the new social strata in our country is shorter than that of other social strata, the development of the new social strata is also affected by various factors. Fluctuations in scale can be understood by national statistics. The support of authoritative statistical data can not only increase the objectivity and scientificity of the research, but also enhance the credibility of the research conclusion, and provide guidance for the development of the new social class Party members. Thus, through the promotion of individual consciousness, professional ability and so on, we can develop the diversity of the ways to get closer to the Party organization, provide the guarantee for absorbing the members of the new social stratum into the Party, and explore the reasonable and effective path for the development of the new social stratum party members.
