社区老年人日间照料中心功能空间设计研究

【摘要】：我国自1999年进入老龄化社会以来,老龄化问题日趋严重。根据经济合作与发展组织(OECD)的人口数量预测,到2030年,我国65岁以上人口占比将超过日本,成为全球人口老龄化程度最高的国家。由此可见,如何养老是目前我国亟待解决的问题之一。2017年3月国务院发布的《“十三五”国家老龄事业发展和养老体系建设规划》中,不仅总结了“十二五”期间养老目标完成情况,肯定了目前我国养老发展方向的正确性,更是提出了“居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为补充、医养相结合的养老服务体系更加健全。”的发展目标。而老年人日间照料中心作为社区居家养老的一种主要形式,因其“白天入托接受照顾与参加活动,晚上回家享受家庭生活”的服务理念,成为目前我国大力提倡的一种新型养老方式。本文根据当下我国现有国情中社区老年人日间照料中心的实际建设情况和运营情况,选取北京、上海、郑州、西安和台湾数地日间照料设施进行实地考察与总结。综合各地设施的建设情况,并以各个设施的实际使用情况和对各地人群的问卷调查反馈的信息,结合老年群体自身生理性和心理性差异对客观空间的影响与要求,首先探讨了日间照料中心功能空间的组成与组合方式,其次讨论了设施服务理念在空间上的应对设计要点,再次详细分析了日照中心的入口门厅空间、过渡空间、餐厨空间、社交娱乐空间、休憩空间、护理空间、卫浴空间、康体空间和户外空间等九项空间的设计要点,最后总结了多功能空间的合并原则等方面的内容。社区日间照料中心作为新型养老模式的养老空间,应该从设计阶段完善其功能使用的要求,这样才能让老年人有更好的使用体验。
[Abstract]:Since China entered the aging society in 1999, the aging problem has become more and more serious. According to the population number of OECD OECD, by 2030, the proportion of population over 65 years old in China will surpass that of Japan and become the country with the highest aging population in the world. Thus, it can be seen that how to provide for the aged is one of the urgent problems to be solved in our country. In March 2017, the State Council issued the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of the cause of ageing and the Construction of the Old-age system," It not only summarizes the fulfillment of the pension goals during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, affirms the correctness of the current development direction of the aged in our country, but also puts forward the idea of "home as the foundation, community as the support, and the organization as the supplement." The endowment service system which combines medical care and nourishment is more perfect. " Development goals Day care centers for the elderly, as one of the main forms of providing for the aged at home in the community, have the service concept of "taking care and participating in activities during the day and going home at night to enjoy family life." It has become a new way of supporting the aged in our country. According to the actual construction and operation of the day care centers for the elderly in the community in China, this paper selects the day care facilities in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Xi'an and Taiwan for on-the-spot investigation and summary. According to the actual use of the facilities and the information feedback from the questionnaire survey to the local population, combined with the physical and psychological differences of the elderly groups on the objective space impact and requirements. Firstly, the composition and combination of the function space of day care center are discussed. Secondly, the key points of the design of facility service concept in space are discussed, and the entrance hall space, transition space and dining room of Rizhao Center are analyzed in detail. Social entertainment space, rest space, nursing space, bathroom space, recreation space and outdoor space, etc. As a new type of old-age care mode, the community day care center should improve its functional requirements from the design stage, so that the elderly can have a better use experience.
