【摘要】：发展是社会追求进步的永恒目标,也是当今的时代主题。发展理念是发展实践的引领,是发展思路、发展方向、发展着力点的集中体现。世界各国在发展上的竞争,归根结底也是发展理念的竞争。建国以来至今,中国社会的发展取得了世界瞩目的成就。在这个过程中虽然有曲折,但成就是不容置疑的,之所以能取得如此丰硕的社会发展成就,首要归功于有中国共产党的正确领导,这与中国共产党发展理念的推进与创新紧密关切。当前就世情和国情而言,经济全球化、政治多极化的形势越来越复杂,中国经济改革进入深水区、全面建成小康社会进入攻坚期,在此背景下进行建国以来中国共产党发展理念演进研究,具有重要的理论价值与实用价值。根据研究需要,本论文主要分为四章进行研究:第一章:对中国共产党发展理念相关概念及其建构基础进行研究。根据对相关文献资料的考察和分析,廓清“发展”、“发展理念”、中国共产党发展理念等概念的含义;认知中国共产党发展理念建构的理论指导、思想源泉和现实基础,以及对西方发展理念的扬弃与超越。为本论文研究的进一步开展,奠定基础。第二章:对建国以来中国共产党发展理念演进的考察和把握,这是本文研究的一个主要内容,也是本文研究的一个重点。利用历史分析法和对比分析法,对新中国成立至改革开放前、改革开放以来至十八大召开前以及十八大以来,中国共产党执政历程中的这三个重要时期进行考察、探究,发掘和把握建国以来中国共产党发展理念演进的基本历史进程和核心成果,为进一步探寻中国共产党发展理念演进的特征和经验提供研究铺垫。第三章:对建国以来中国共产党发展理念的基本特征进行分析,这是本文的难点之一。由于相关文献研究较少,笔者在查阅资料文献、深入分析的基础上,归纳总结出五点基本特征,即继承性与创新性的统一、国家利益与人民利益的统一、全局发展与重点建设的统一、社会发展与环境保护的统一、自身发展与世界共同发展的统一。第四章:探析建国以来中国共产党发展理念演进的基本经验,这是本文研究的又一个重点和难点。在上述研究结论的基础上,经过相关文献研究和对建国以来中国共产党实践成效的考察,归纳了五点基本经验。即始终把发展作为党的奋斗目标,始终坚持马克思主义基本观点、立场和方法,坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义发展道路,始终以实现广大人民群众的根本利益为价值目标,高度保持与时俱进、勇于创新的精神勇气。
[Abstract]:Development is the eternal goal of social progress and the theme of the times. The concept of development is the guide of development practice, the concentrated embodiment of development thought, direction and development focus. The competition in the development of countries in the world, in the final analysis is the competition of development ideas. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the development of Chinese society has made remarkable achievements in the world. Although there have been twists and turns in this process, there is no doubt that the achievements are unquestionable.Firstly, the success of such a rich social development can be attributed to the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China. This is closely concerned with the promotion and innovation of the Communist Party of China's development concept. As far as world conditions and national conditions are concerned, the situation of economic globalization and political multipolarization is becoming more and more complicated. China's economic reform has entered deep water areas and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way has entered a critical period. Under this background, it has important theoretical and practical value to study the evolution of the CPC's development idea since the founding of the people's Republic of China. According to the need of the research, this paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter: the research on the concept of the development of the CPC and its construction basis. Based on the investigation and analysis of the relevant literature, the author clarifies the meaning of the concepts of "development", "development idea", and the development idea of the Communist Party of China, and recognizes the theoretical guidance, ideological source and practical basis of the construction of the development idea of the Communist Party of China. And the western development concept of sublation and transcendence. For the further development of this paper, lay a foundation. The second chapter: the investigation and grasp of the evolution of the CPC's development concept since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is a main content of this study, is also a focus of this study. By means of historical analysis and comparative analysis, the three important periods in the ruling process of the Communist Party of China from the founding of New China to the reform and opening up, from the beginning of the reform and opening up to the holding of the 18th National Congress and since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China were investigated and explored. This paper explores and grasps the basic historical process and core achievements of the evolution of the CPC's development idea since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and provides the basis for further exploring the characteristics and experiences of the evolution of the CPC's development concept. The third chapter analyzes the basic characteristics of the CPC's development concept since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is one of the difficulties in this paper. Due to the lack of relevant literature, the author summarizes five basic characteristics on the basis of literature review and in-depth analysis, that is, the unity of inheritance and innovation, the unity of national interests and the interests of the people. The unity of overall development and key construction, the unity of social development and environmental protection, the unity of self-development and the common development of the world. Chapter four: to analyze the basic experience of the evolution of the CPC's development idea since the founding of the people's Republic of China, which is another important and difficult point in this paper. On the basis of the above conclusions, the author summarizes five basic experiences by studying the relevant literature and examining the practical effect of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the people's Republic of China. That is to say, we always regard development as the party's goal of struggle, always adhere to the basic viewpoints, stand and methods of Marxism, unswervingly follow the road of development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and always take the realization of the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people as the value goal. Keep pace with the times and have the courage to innovate.
