城市社区居家养老服务模式研究——以武汉市为例

【摘要】：在改进城市社区居家养老服务方面,武汉市一些社区探索出了一些典型代表性的服务模式,如以多元主体参与、功能集合为特色的聚合型养老服务模式;以网络技术为支撑、便利化为主要特征的网络型养老服务模式;以社会协同互助、资源整合为突出特点的公益型养老模式。尽管上述三种模式在价值定位、运行机制、服务内容等方面存在交叠和异同,但其在实际运行中仍存在一些问题,如聚合性与整合性问题,便捷性与推广性问题,公益性与营利性问题。加强多元服务主体的有序整合与优化,提升网络化养老服务的便利性与安全,强化公益组织的公益服务和系统监管是应对上述问题的重要举措。
[Abstract]:In improving the urban community home pension service, some communities in Wuhan have explored some typical service models, such as the multi-subject participation, the function set as the characteristics of the convergent old-age service model, supported by network technology, The main characteristics of the network pension service model is facilitation, and the public welfare pension model is characterized by social cooperation and mutual assistance, and resource integration. Although the above three modes have overlaps and similarities in the aspects of value orientation, operation mechanism and service content, there are still some problems in their practical operation, such as polymerization and integration, convenience and generalization, etc. Public welfare and profitability. To strengthen the orderly integration and optimization of multiple service subjects, to enhance the convenience and security of network pension services, and to strengthen the public welfare services and system supervision of public welfare organizations are important measures to deal with the above problems.
