拆迁安置社区变迁逻辑的理论解释——基于“制度-生活”的分析框架

【摘要】：解决中国城镇化进程中的农民安置问题,需要深入考察拆迁安置社区的变迁逻辑并把握其发展方向。"制度-生活"作为一种动态的分析范式,其对处在过渡形态中的拆迁安置社区具有较强的解释力。从安置社区"创制秩序"与"日常生活"的视角分析了二者的互动机制。互动过程包括:创制秩序的生成与注入,社区实践的日常反抗,创制秩序的自我捍卫与妥协,阶段性后果的产生。文章指出,中国安置社区建设的理想状态是"现代性"注入的同时保持对"传统性"的敬畏,并试图寻求一种"创制秩序"与"自发秩序"分工与合作的模式。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of peasant resettlement in the process of urbanization in China, it is necessary to investigate the changing logic of the relocation community and grasp its development direction. " As a dynamic analysis paradigm, system-life has a strong explanatory power to the resettlement community in the transition form. This paper analyzes the interactive mechanism of creating order and daily life from the perspective of resettlement community. The interactive process includes the formation and injection of creating order, the daily resistance of community practice, the self-defense and compromise of creating order, and the emergence of periodic consequences. The paper points out that the ideal state of Chinese resettlement community construction is to inject "modernity" and maintain the awe of "tradition", and try to seek a mode of division and cooperation between "creating order" and "spontaneous order".
