基于沟通模式的婚姻危机介入研究

【摘要】：当代社会,随着工业化和城市化的进程不断加快,整个社会开始从传统社会向现代社会转变,这一切都对当代中国的家庭结构和婚姻观念等方面产生了深刻的变化和影响。根据中国国家民政局社会服务发展统计公报显示,当前中国的离婚率有明显上升趋势,夫妻离婚数量明显增加。我们知道婚姻是男女双方依据相关法律程序的相关规定,双方二人彼此结为夫妻的一种社会制度,但是随着现代生活社会的激烈竞争,维持婚姻的稳定性因素也逐渐面临着多种挑战,开始经受着来自社会,个人等方方面面的巨大冲击,这个时候夫妻二人如果不能很好的应对挑战,也无法很好的调适,那么由此诱发的因沟通问题而产生婚姻危机的夫妻双方和家庭冲突就会接踵而来,这一切不仅影响家庭的稳定,夫妻二人的融洽关系,还对子女的身心健康教育也造成严重影响,也会严重的影响社会正常秩序的运转。因此为了维护婚姻的稳定性,为了给子女一个良好的成长环境,也为了减少夫妻离婚的数量,因此对处在婚姻危中机的夫妻双方的社会工作介入就显得非常有必要。本文主要针对处在婚姻关系中的夫妻二人因为沟通问题而产生婚姻危机问题进行介入,采用专业的社会工作方法对处于婚姻危机中的夫妻进行帮助,从而挽救婚姻,维护婚姻的稳定。婚姻关系中的沟通在婚姻关系中扮演着非常重要的角色,婚姻沟通是影响婚姻质量的一个重要因素,有关研究表明,积极的沟通方式能促进夫妻情感,而消极的沟通方式则破坏夫妻情感。本文主要针对夫妻间的四种沟通模式做了介绍,这四种沟通模式分别是建设型沟通模式、要求-退缩型沟通模式、相互责备型沟通模式、相互怨怼型沟通模式。分别从婚姻危机产生的本质以及婚姻危机产生的原因和婚姻危机的表现形式等方面做了研究,在此基础上结合自己实习的具体情况和专业背景知识选取了两组处在婚姻危机中的夫妻,针对他们的婚姻问题进行介入。在此过程中对采用社会工作的专业方法进行资料的收集和关系的建立,并对案主的问题和需要进行评估,根据案主的问题和需要结合实际情况制定服务计划,开展小组活动,对整个服务过程和服务效果进行评估。最后对介入的效果进行深入思考和分析,从中总结经验对因沟通问题而产生婚姻危机的夫妻人群提供一定的帮助和建议。本研究着重从社会工作介入夫妻因沟通问题而导致离婚的实物出发通过对处在因沟通问题而产生婚姻危机的夫妻双方提供科学化、人性化和专业化的救助,帮助她们理性对待婚姻,学会合理且积极的应对因沟通问题而产生婚姻危机的夫妻双方的处理方式,恢复夫妻情感和社会功能,维护家庭的和谐稳定。
[Abstract]:In contemporary society, with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the whole society began to change from traditional society to modern society, all of which had a profound change and influence on the family structure and the concept of marriage in contemporary China. The divorce rate in China is on the rise and the number of divorces has increased, according to the statistics report on the development of social services by the State Administration of Civil Affairs. We know that marriage is a social system in which both men and women are married to each other in accordance with the relevant legal procedures, but with the fierce competition in modern life society, The factors that maintain the stability of marriage are gradually facing a variety of challenges, and they are beginning to suffer tremendous shocks from society, individuals, and other facets. At this time, if the husband and wife cannot cope with the challenges well, they will not be able to adjust well. Then the resulting marital crisis caused by communication problems between the husband and the wife and the family conflict will ensue. All this will not only affect the stability of the family, but also the rapport between the two couples. It also has a serious impact on children's physical and mental health education, and will seriously affect the operation of normal social order. Therefore, in order to maintain the stability of marriage, to give children a good growth environment, but also to reduce the number of couples divorced, it is very necessary to intervene in the social work of both husband and wife who are in danger of marriage. This article mainly aims at the marriage crisis caused by the communication between the two couples in the marriage relationship, and uses the professional social work method to help the husband and wife in the marriage crisis, so as to save the marriage. Maintain the stability of marriage. Communication in marriage plays a very important role in marriage. Marriage communication is an important factor affecting the quality of marriage. Negative ways of communication destroy the couple's emotions. This paper mainly introduces the four communication modes between husband and wife, which are constructive communication mode, demand-retreat communication mode, mutual reproachful communication mode and mutual resentful communication mode. From the aspects of the nature of marriage crisis, the causes of marriage crisis and the manifestation of marriage crisis, On the basis of this, two groups of couples in marriage crisis are selected according to their specific situation of practice and professional background knowledge to intervene in their marriage problems. In this process, the collection of information and the establishment of relationships using professional methods of social work, as well as the assessment of the problems and needs of the victims, the development of service plans and the implementation of group activities based on the problems and needs of the victims, Evaluate the whole service process and service effect. Finally, the effects of intervention are deeply considered and analyzed, and the experience is summarized to provide some help and advice for couples who have marital crisis due to communication problems. This study focuses on the social work involved in couples because of communication problems resulting in divorce through providing scientific, humane and professional relief to couples who are in marital crisis due to communication problems. Help them to deal with marriage rationally, learn how to deal with the marital crisis caused by communication problems, restore the emotional and social functions of the husband and wife, and maintain the harmony and stability of the family.
