中俄高层交往合作机制状况分析及其前景展望

【摘要】：苏联解体和冷战结束以来,中俄两国结合国际形势变化和各自发展需要,建立并发展新型国家间关系,如今提升为全面战略协作伙伴关系,取得了举世瞩目的成果。这其中最重要的原因之一就是来自两国高层的直接推动。具体说来,就是双方在发展双边关系的实践中逐步建立和发展起来的一整套高层交往合作机制。这套机制对中俄关系和各领域合作发挥着重要的设计、引领和保障作用,确保中俄关系能够在风云变幻的国际局势中稳步发展。本文结合中俄高层交往合作机制的建立和发展历程,重点分析各机制的特点、成效并作出评价,对机制的前景进行展望并提出建议。
[Abstract]:Since the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War, China and Russia have established and developed a new type of inter-state relationship in the light of changes in the international situation and their respective development needs. One of the most important reasons is a direct push from the top of the two countries. Specifically, the two sides have gradually established and developed a set of high-level exchanges and cooperation mechanisms in the practice of developing bilateral relations. This mechanism plays an important role in the design, guidance and guarantee of Sino-Russian relations and cooperation in various fields, and ensures the steady development of Sino-Russian relations in the changing international situation. Based on the establishment and development of the mechanism of high-level communication and cooperation between China and Russia, this paper focuses on the analysis of the characteristics, results and evaluation of each mechanism, and looks forward to the prospect of the mechanism and puts forward some suggestions.
