【摘要】：正自去年的美国大选以来,法国、英国的选举政治又一次次暴露出西方国家内部的政治分裂。民意的分裂使得以大众选举为基础的自由民主制度的代表性和合法性受到质疑,如果被选出的官员和议员无法代表大多数人民的意志,那么他们统治国家的权力又有多少合法性呢?这种现象还反映出西方国家当前面临的一个重大问题:民意与民心的矛盾。这里需要讲清楚两个问题:其一,作为一种制度,自由民主对共识有着较高的要求;其二,自由民主的
[Abstract]:Since last year's election in the United States, France and Britain's election politics have again exposed political divisions within the West. The fragmentation of public opinion calls into question the representativeness and legitimacy of a liberal democracy based on popular elections, if elected officials and parliamentarians do not represent the will of the majority of the people, So how legitimate is their power to rule the state? It also reflects a major problem facing the West: the contradiction between public opinion and popular sentiment.
