社区资本与社区发展:以香港社区经济互助计划为例

【摘要】：社区资本镶嵌在社区经济中,具有动态发展及持续变化的特点。在自由主义市场经济主导的背景下,社区经济计划被视为居民增加社会资本、提高经济收入、参与社区治理的出路。本研究以香港S会社区经济互助计划为案例,分析其在创始期、发展期、调整期及现状等四个阶段的变迁过程,为社区社会资本理论、资产为本的社区发展策略及社区经济计划等领域提供实证资料及研究视角。
[Abstract]:Community capital, embedded in community economy, has the characteristics of dynamic development and continuous change. Under the background of liberal market economy, community economic planning is regarded as the way out for residents to increase social capital, increase economic income and participate in community governance. This study takes the Hong Kong S Society Community Economic Mutual Assistance Program as an example to analyze the four stages of its transition process, namely, the founding period, the development period, the adjustment period and the present situation, as the theory of community social capital. Asset-based community development strategies and community economic planning provide empirical data and research perspective.
