朝鲜核问题的新形势以及中国的战略评估

【摘要】：自2016年以来,朝鲜核导试验不断、"萨德"入韩进程加速,朝鲜半岛危机迭起,变数增多。中国需要对朝美韩的战略动向以及东北亚地区总体安全形势作出新一轮评估,把我国在半岛的利益、底线和愿景进一步明晰化。在中美两国在东北亚地区战略竞争加剧的背景下,对半岛核问题应加强沟通协调,增强信任,为维护半岛和平稳定以及对话解决朝鲜核问题创造条件。
[Abstract]:Since 2016, North Korea has been conducting nuclear tests, the process of "THAAD" into South Korea has accelerated, the Korean Peninsula crisis has arisen and the variables have increased. China needs to make a new round of assessment of the strategic trend of the DPRK, USA and ROK and the overall security situation in Northeast Asia, so as to further clarify China's interests, bottom line and vision in the peninsula. Against the background of intensified strategic competition between China and the United States in Northeast Asia, we should strengthen communication and coordination on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue, enhance trust, and create conditions for maintaining peace and stability on the peninsula and for dialogue to resolve the Korean nuclear issue.
