新形势下柬埔寨政党政治的特点和走势

【摘要】：柬埔寨的政党政治自诞生至今经历了新旧两个局面的转变,逐步摆脱了殖民、王统、内战等思维的影响,形成了新的特点。2003年以后,奉辛比克党衰落,柬埔寨逐渐形成了由执政党人民党和反对党救国党两足鼎立的政治格局。2013年的选举让反对党更加接近权力核心。面对2017年乡分区选举和2018年国会大选,人民党面临的政治压力越来越大。不久前,人民党主导修订《政党法》,迫使救国党主席离职,政治的天平迅速倒向了执政党一方。通过追溯柬埔寨政党政治的演变,重点剖析新形势下的柬埔寨政党政治的新特点,并对未来走势进行分析。
[Abstract]:The political party in Cambodia has undergone two changes since its birth, gradually getting rid of the influence of colonial, royal and civil war, and forming new characteristics. Since 2003, Funcinpec has declined. Cambodia is emerging as a political establishment of the ruling people's Party and the opposition National Salvation Party. The 2013 elections brought the opposition closer to the centre of power. Faced with 2017 district elections and 2018 parliamentary elections, the people's Party is facing increasing political pressure. Not long ago, the people's Party led the amendment of the political Party Law, forcing the chairman of the National Salvation Party to step down, and the political balance quickly turned to the ruling party. By tracing back to the evolution of political party in Cambodia, this paper mainly analyzes the new characteristics of political party in Cambodia under the new situation, and analyzes the trend in the future.
