构建中国特色社会主义政治学学科体系、学术体系和话语体系何以必要

【摘要】：习近平提出繁荣发展哲学社会科学的总目标是构建中国特色社会主义学科体系、学术体系、话语体系。就学理而言,学科体系划定了政治学的领域,在不同时空之中政治有不同的形式与内容,这要求构建的中国政治学的学科体系应有自己特色;学术体系界定了政治学研究方式,其出发点和落脚点就是要解决具体的现实问题,因此在不同时空范围的政治学学术体系迥然不同;话语体系决定了政治学的影响力,只有具有中国特色,才能使本国及世界民众读懂中国特色社会主义政治学富有的独特价值并助力政治社会化过程。就实践而言,当今中国出现的新情况、新矛盾和新问题,以及讲好中国故事、增强"四个自信"、抵御政治话语恶意入侵等新任务,都急迫要求构建中国特色的社会主义政治学。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping put forward that the overall goal of developing philosophy and social science is to construct the subject system, academic system and discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As far as academic theory is concerned, the discipline system delimits the field of political science, and politics has different forms and contents in different time and space, which requires that the discipline system of Chinese political science should have its own characteristics, and the academic system defines the research methods of political science. Its starting point and foothold is to solve specific practical problems, so the academic system of political science in different time and space ranges is very different. The discourse system determines the influence of political science, and only has Chinese characteristics. Only in this way can the people of China and the world understand the unique value of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics and help the process of political socialization. In practice, new situations, new contradictions and new problems in China today, as well as new tasks such as telling Chinese stories well, strengthening "four self-confidence" and resisting malicious invasion of political discourse, all urgently require the construction of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics.
