乌鲁木齐市养老机构老年人主观幸福感现状及影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的了解养老机构老年人主观幸福感现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表和社会支持量表对乌鲁木齐市12所养老机构的286名老年人进行调查研究。结果乌鲁木齐市养老机构老年人幸福度得分为(31.10±12.05)分;单因素分析显示,子女看望次数、是否乐观、有无兴趣爱好、经济自评、机构服务质量、自理状况以及老年人主观幸福感得分差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05);养老机构老年人幸福度量表总分及各维度得分均与社会支持量表总分、主观支持、对支持的利用度得分呈显著相关(P0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示,是否乐观、经济自评、机构服务质量、有无兴趣爱好、主观支持和对支持的利用度是老年人主观幸福感的影响因素。结论乌鲁木齐市老年人主观幸福感处于中等水平,应根据老年人身心状况开展个性化护理服务,以提高老年人的生活质量,提升其主观幸福感。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of subjective well-being of the elderly in pension institutions and analyze its influencing factors. Methods 286 elderly people in 12 pension institutions in Urumqi were investigated by Newfoundland Memorial University Happiness Metrics and Social support scale. Results the happiness score of the elderly in Urumqi was (31.10 卤12.05), and the single factor analysis showed that the number of visits, whether the children were optimistic, whether they were interested or not, the economic self-evaluation, and the quality of institutional services. The scores of self-care status and subjective well-being of the elderly were statistically significant (P0.01 or P0.05); the total score and the scores of each dimension of the elderly's happiness measurement scale in old-age institutions were all compared with the total score of social support scale and subjective support. The scores of utilization of support were significantly correlated (P0.01), and multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that optimism, economic self-evaluation, quality of institutional service, interest and interest, subjective support and utilization of support were the influencing factors of subjective well-being of the elderly. Conclusion the subjective well-being of the elderly in Urumqi is at the middle level. Individualized nursing service should be carried out according to the physical and mental status of the elderly in order to improve their quality of life and enhance their subjective well-being.
